Well, I’ve been on a break most of the Summer with a few interruptions. First, my Stephen’s Spot on WordPress Facebook Page was at a standstill due to the false pretense of a violation. Which was later appealed and restored. Also, in Alabama confronting racism in a reaction manner of physical.  School has gone back in session for many, the so-called former president was jailed and booked, the NFL and NCAA Football Seasons have started up, and reckless drivers are still a pain, also since we are in the 9th month of the year of Awareness of Prostate Cancer, Alopecia, Childhood Cancer and Suicide Awareness. Hip-hop is still going on for 50 years, and the major concerns of the political landscape of 2024 have begun. Actually, it’s already started with the early fireworks with a negative sense of the country’s landscape. And all the “bull junk” that Deion Sanders has been getting since the transfer to Colorado has been reaching a fever pitch. But knowing, it could be reversed. Even the usefulness of the jobs in America has been questioned, sales tax is creeping up like Thriller, and did I mention that Trump is still in jail? All others including a statement to be made regarding going before the fall. Even Generation X is on the rise yet again. And, I’m scratching my head again….

Florida, what is up with these white supremacists dressing up in red and black with masks on in your state?

For all of the blog readers who are truck drivers. Pick up Truck Drivers. Which is the best pick-up Truck is best to buy? Either for this year or next year.

This season for us Wisconsin Football Fanatics will be new for the Badgers and Packers. After 104 years after the founding of the Packers, the team will start Jordan Love, as the first African American QB1. Yes, he’s the first and there is nothing racist about it. It is a fact! The Green Bay Packers in its 104 years as a franchise had never had a STARTING QB of color. It was from Curly Lambeau to Aaron Rodgers. In between, Seneca Wallace, Aaron Brooks, and Brent Hundley were backups while Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers were still at the helm. So why are those in the Packers Backers’ land having a hard time understanding it? For the Badgers, Luke Fickell is the new head coach. Tanner Mordecai is the QB, and the new offense is called the Air Raid with Braleon Allen. Not sure what that is, but we’ll see. How will this go for both clubs? And by the way, this will be my 30th year watching the Cardinal and White when they were Rose Bowl-bound.

Every Saturday, I get the chance to play the music that has the word Saturday in it. Such as De La Soul’s “A Roller Skating Jam Named Saturdays”. This single came out in March 1991 when I was in Middle School. Way back when. So what Saturday music jams others do take a chance to listen to on a Saturday?

Can I make an announcement? If many are advertising for jobs that need applicants right away without any supplemental requirements, there is no deal. Applicants, get the information first. Ask questions and then make your decision. Questions?

Every September 21st is the day many play September by Earth, Wind, and Fire. It’s a classic hit. Agree?

For many of us who are still paying back Student Loans, who applied for the SAVE option that President Joe Biden unveiled?

In the next few months, we will be paying more. Obviously, it’s the 2 percent sales tax here in Milwaukee. So we will be making decisions by either cutting back or saving up on items and purchases we buy. And how will this affect our bills and jobs?

This month will be the 22nd Anniversary since 9/11. As in the worst day of American history when the country was attacked. Keep in mind this was 2001 on a Tuesday Morning. Have we really changed since then?

Last year many complained about DirecTV Stream not having the NFL Network. Now it’s here. So what led to the idea this time?

Are many surprised that the Halloween decorations are in the stores really early a month ahead of October? Next, you might see Christmas Decorations coming up. Don’t be surprised.

NFL on Fox will be celebrating 30 years on air. What a time to be alive to see a new era of football television from its inception to now. From Pat Summerall to Greg Olsen. Pam Oliver to Erin Andrews. The graphics. And to add: The Green Bay Packers are 2-0 in their Super Bowl Game Coverages. Yeah, I said it! Agree or disagree?

FOR GENERATION X ONLY: Which jobs are worth hiring right now if you are still slightly under 50 years old? And want to change careers?

Why is Noah Lyles running his mouth about the NBA? And this talk about World Champions? Dude, hush!

September is the month of Awareness of Suicide, Alopecia, Childhood Pediatric Cancer, and mostly Prostate Cancer. Has the homework been completed yet?

Riddle me this, the MTV VMAs were scheduled for September 12th. Why this late? That usually comes before Labor Day.

Speaking of Generation X, with all the buzz about our Generation getting out more than ever, what will it take to actually get the respect we deserve?

For all the conservative and white nationalists: wokeism is not going anywhere. You minus well get used to it. So why are many afraid?

Here is a question, if Doja Cat doesn’t care about her fans, then why make a devish music video that is getting attention like Lil Nas X did last time? So I guess folks like to see all this pan out? When they say, “Doja Cat wants your attention,” What attention is she actually seeking? Really? It’s just like all the rest before she had done the same thing. (I.E. Madonna, Prince, Michael Jackson, NWA, 2Pac, Alice Cooper, etc.) Make a controversial song, sell it, generate noise and criticism, and get this, she like everyone else will be going to the bank making all that money with the sales. We’ve seen this before. Don’t act surprised.

With the new school of cashless rules making marks at grocery stores and ballparks, do folks still write paper checks? That will be old news.

Do High Schools EVER invite Alumni to their Homecoming games? Most of them need to stop being silent.

Time to chat about church. Really. There are three types of churches we see today: The trying, the active, and the bad. The active churches are out there doing their ministry and catching on. The trying is second in line between them, and the bad are just using their ministry to demonstrate the negative. When I think about this, I begin to ask about all the negative remarks about Christianity and Religious aspects we hear all the time. It is mostly the weekly attendance, finances, not enough youth, the message on spirituality, groups (especially for men), and a dozen other questions that many are still asking, even about the abuse of ministers, lay ministers, and congregation members usually do the back-talk politics, and members who were affected leave the church by moving to another congregation, or move out completely and never forget of what was said, in again it’s all negative! That is getting the most attention. But when many read about church organizations that provide scholarships and it’s shared on Social Media or Nextdoor, it usually responds with a laughing emoji. So churches that do good work in the community in a positive sense get laughed at? Is that where we are now? Seriously! I really want to know. Especially from those who are too stupid to see the positive which many do ask ALL THE TIME! And don’t forget when tragedy strikes, who many run to? Guess where: That’s right. the Church. Even if many haven’t been there in years, or just heard stories of not going.

How is this still making the news commercials? This “anti-CRT commercial” is just wrong on so many levels. And the conservatives are pushing the negative.

Truth Wins – 2023

September is Hispanic Heritage Month. Shout out to all who celebrate. But don’t laugh at the occasion while many laughed at Black History Month. Agreed?

Autumn is coming. Who’s ready to let go of Summer?

And finally: this needs to be said. Listen up.

As I stated at the top of the blog, my Stephen’s Spot on WordPress FB Page was hit with a violation. But there was a lesson. As of August 24, 2023, the page was reactivated. It was reactivated with flying colors and found that there were NO VIOLATIONS of any kind that met with the concerns. So far it’s back on the scene and it’s not a problem. Let me be clear with this notion: the page is not intended to cause any harm to anyone! This is really an extension of this page because many probably don’t know how to use WordPress. No, I don’t work for WordPress nor I am a promoter of the site. However, it is also a way to convey to the audience of different perspectives. That’s it. Doesn’t matter if it’s religion, sports, health, local concerns, zodiac signs like my Sagittarius, voting, or Milwaukee. Even music, pro wrestling, education, employment, technology, or any other topic or subject that comes to mind. Even introversion. See, that is really what this is. Back on August 11th, the page was unceremoniously unpublished regarding a user laughing about a story that featured an African-American male pre-teen who was arrested for doing his chores. He was taking out the garbage. And I put an editorial on the story about why is this a real issue, then it was responded to with an emoji laugh. Who wants to laugh at this thinking it’s funny? And after that, the page was unpublished for two weeks. I’m going through the back end to appeal to Facebook to get the page activated or in this case, reinstated. It was finally done by using Meta Business Suite and the appeal/request was sent and done. Why I am rehashing this again? It’s really simple, there are those who want to silence others to tell the truth without any harm or concern. I’m not going to let that stop me. I was told at 18 years old by one of my late uncles, “Don’t let nothing stand in your way”. This was December 1994. And the thing is, I am reminded of that every single time. So I need to say this: if there are those who feel the posts that come from real sources are for the offended or opinionated: DO NOT LOOK AT THE PAGE! Keep scrolling and searching. No one is not trying to force anyone to read the page.

Already, the followers of the FB Page are at 28. I want to see more than 28. I want to see 128, 229, 500, or maybe 1,000 and more. I don’t get paid to use these platforms, nor I am endorsed by anyone who is a blogger who supports them. I’m just me. And like I said before, if the Facebook Page goes away, or if I stop publishing the blog stories on the page, this main page will still continue. The Twitter and Tumblr pages will continue additionally. But I don’t want to slight Facebook either.

So if you like the page, give some thumbs-ups, stars, or any other positive like. After all, if many think the posts have been a concern on FB, guess what? I read the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel every Sunday. The actual paper. They post stories that are concerning which not everyone likes. What about the news outlets? Either local, regional, or national: they have concerned stories to tell. What about The Bible: concerned stories dealing with sin and salvation. Certain books and novels: do the same thing. But with those being concerned, there is always a positive spin for the greater good.

Hang tight, I’m not done. Yet.

In the words of Deion Sanders: “Give me my theme music!

Men of the world: our day is back. Our International Day of Men is back on the scene. Its back on the platform that only comes, once a year every November 19th. Matter of fact, it should be recognized all the time like the day of Women, in which I’m referring to International Women’s Day every March 8th. And of course that is the usual day that we complain on Social Media that oh, they have a day, but we don’t? International Men’s Day for 2020 is themed around the subject: “Better Health for Men and Boys.”

We need to empathize this very well because it’s a major concern for us. We already know some or knew someone who died very early ahead of their female counterparts. It’s like what, every 5% or 6% more than their wives, girlfriends, partners, and other related figure. Yes, that is one of the reasons why many of us MEN folk don’t do or like doctors. Maybe we need to just to rescue us. Not just at the last minute, but all the time. Now I know when we see this, this scares the SH….you know I’m about to cuss which I don’t, but you get the idea. This year, we lost 3 men that mattered to entertainment, sports, movies and Civil Rights.

Chadwick Boseman, (aka Black Panther) died of Colon Cancer at age 43. Now this is scary for me because he was my age. I’m 43 now and when December 5th gets here, I want to be hard nosed well for my health. Mixed with being diabetic in all. But how could someone like Chadwick who did some blockbuster and notable movies was doing so well, die without telling anyone about him getting sick? His last movie was “Da 5 Bloods”, which was shown on NetFlix back in the Summer. I got to say that movie was well shown! But mainly he was still sick. All the movie fraternities in the place has already missed him.

Second: we remember Congressman John Lewis and Alex Trebek. Both had one thing in common: Pancreatic Cancer. John Lewis as we know was one of the followers that he was influenced by Dr. Martin Luther King. And yet made his way up through the U. S. House of Representatives. What John Lewis was also known was crossing the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama during the civil rights movement. His influence of course lasted for over 4 decades. When we were viewing his funeral, he had several home going goodbyes. But when he had his burial service in Georgia, the one thing he had added that I didn’t expect was a 21 Gun Salute with the flag folded 13 times. Look he didn’t serve in the Military, but earned every one of those in his honor. John Lewis was 80 years old.

We know Jeopardy! We know that Alex Trebek was a legend on the game show circuit for 37 years. Hearing the Jeopardy theme when trying to think of those answers. Many of us used to sit and watch the show every weeknight just to get answer the questions in which Alex gave the answers. That was Jeopardy, in getting the question that lead the answers. Oh we know this. No matter who you are or what you’re into. Alex had the knowledge and he had it to a point to get us more engaged in those books. Alex Trebek died this month at age 80 due to Pancreatic Cancer. Just to think, that Alex Trebek and John Lewis both died at the same age of 80 in a span of 4 months. Alex’s last taping of the show, will be on Christmas Day next month. So for you Jeopardy Fans, you may want to set the DVR to get a gander of the last time of Alex in a Jeopardy studio.

And also, let us not forget about Kobe Bryant from his passing unexpectedly in January.

So yes, International Men’s Day of 2020 should matter. That part was just one example of why it matters. Another is a fact of Black Lives. Yes, we know about George Floyd. His life should matter just like many who had passed on harshly! And yet while many pass this over constantly that when we hear again about legality of young and middle aged black men being hunted by the police, yes we do get concerned. And many stay silent about lives being not mentioned all the time. That has to stop! Men, excuse me International Men, I’m sure many of you outside of America has to ask what is up with the black men in the United States getting hunted down like this? And yet many don’t know the understanding about why it is. Yes, this is and has been America’s problem from the time of slavery when black were sold and separated from families. We know this. Many of us in the Black Community especially Black Men KNOWS THIS ALL TOO WELL! On a day like today when International Men are being recognized, this has to be examined BY ALL MEN as a concern, as a tool of learning and also we talk about the ongoing legality of mental health, physical health, spiritual health and yes financial health. Yes even though this is International Men’s Day but after the day is over, we males have to get back to work!

In part of our health concerns, even the issue of the coronavirus or this COVID-19 had hindered our vision of what we need to see and to expand the idea of International Men’s Day. But if we just continue to mask up, test up or anything up on this new symptom then we need to be up on our game when this plague is over. How do I know this? A while back when this COVID-19 was just starting out, I lost a former teacher from college that taught me printing and bindery. A black teacher mind you. And for those who say, “Black People don’t get the Coronavirus”. That folks is a lie! My former teacher who passed, was one of the 200,000+ that succumbed to the virus. And mostly who passed away were poor. And yes, almost in between. So as we see the numbers go up and out of control, we need to heed this warning. Out of the 200,000 plus that passed away, I’ll bet a fraction of that number were black men slightly. So Men of the world, we need to watch it like a hawk. If it’s necessary to get tested or in this case to get checked out, then GET CHECKED OUT! This stuff is no joke and we need to be on our P’s and Q’s to be aware of the symptoms.

Doug Emhoff

On the flip side of this matter of positive reasons: Doug Emhoff. He is the first Jewish East Coast raised, and soon-to-be “Second Gentleman” of the Biden Administration. Yes he is Kamala’s husband, but Doug will be making history of his own in role that usually women have, but now it’s the men’s turn. Speaking of that, already Joe Biden will be making waves as the 46th President soon! How is that for a #IMD2020 moment?

Victor Glover

Also with the talk about SpaceX, we need to highlight this brother: Victor Glover who is in space right now on the ISS. He is the first “FIRST” African American Astronaut (a rookie mind you) that will be staying in space for at least 6 months. And he and 3 other crew members will be working on the station to help improve and innovate great things for NASA. Look here, he’s not the first black man to do this! Others like Guion Bluford, the late Ronald McNair, Charles Bolden, Bernard Harris, the late Michael Anderson, Leland Melvin, Alvin Drew are just a few black men that did the flights and space walks. Unfortunately for Ronald McNair, he passed away onboard the Space Shuttle Challenger in the explosion in 1986. Us in Gen-X land knows this very well. And similar to Ronald McNair, Michael Anderson died in the Columbia Explosion coming back with his crew in February, 2002. 16 years after the Challenger Explosion. These were and are African American Men making history in Space! Where is the positive news on this? There are the negatives, but yet positives to be proven! This is just a sample.

Aside from all of this: what is our “manly vision” for the future International Men’s Days going forward? What is our vision? This is what I would like to see in this space:

  1. Stop complaining and questioning about “When is international men’s day” every freaking March 8th! Yes, the women do have a International Day for them and its fair that we males need to have one. Oh, wait we do every November 19th?
  2. PROMOTE! PROMOTE! PROMOTE! the you know what for International Men’s Day. Men, remember last year when I said that the planning of IMD must take place on the 19th each month? It’s time to go back to do that again. And of course the male groups of fraternities, boys groups in all must fall in to get this thing started up. And to continue to use International Men’s Day to serve it’s true purpose. And also for all you male groups out there, start recruiting! And of all those wishing that Google should have done a Doodle for today, and if you didn’t see it, why are you complaining? If you are an able body male that has sketching or drawing talents and if you keep seeing this blank space of nothing for International Men’s Day, guess what? CREATE IT! Talk to the right folks that knows this very well and get in touch to network. Let them know that you are serious and get the cash flow ideas working. Look at the Juneteenth Day Google Doodle from this year. Previously there was no doodle, but it took a black woman to helped turn that around. Sample that stuff!
  3. For the women that are looking at this, if you have sons, grandsons, nephews, cousins, uncles, grandfathers, great grandsons/fathers, godsons, godfathers, in all. You know your men. If you haven’t took the time to appreciate them or value them of who they are, make sure you give them their flowers now! Don’t wait until they pass away or a missed opportunity. And this reminds me that one of Whitney Houston’s bodyguards said the same thing 8 years ago. Don’t recall the name, sorry. But I do recall that he was a black male. And also, don’t go around demanding that there should be no IMD or everyday is a Man’s Day. And women: STOP TELLING ALL MEN HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!!!! Just had to say that. Men, do not perpetrate!
  4. For all the churches: No matter the denomination, ADD THIS TO YOUR SPECIAL SUNDAYS. Don’t just say Father’s Day.
  5. International Men’s Day should not just be on a Twitter Trend List. It should be a going forward progress all the time.
  6. Last time on this blogs, I mentioned about a story regarding Roland Martin and a subject about black women meeting on a phone conference every Sunday night, talking about what they would like to see and not waiting on someone else. Each man reading this blog of mine, needs to have a weekly or a monthly conference since many of us are at home behind laptops with Zoom and WebEx. No matter the organization, fraternity or others. We need to have this to keep us engaged EVERYDAY!
  7. All levels of government needs to acknowledge International Men’s Day. Especially here in the United States. Just like what the women do for Girls Day in Government for the Women’s Month.
  8. If you are a business owner, you need to be involved in this matter too.
  9. For future #IMD2020s, use the platform to VOTE! Register, act upon and educate the reasons why. I say this because black women had pushed harder the most to get the vote out this year. Black men need to sample the formula!
  10. And the last but not least, Men need to have a safe space. Where they can talk about what’s on their minds without getting involved in a toxic conversation, about being harassed of not manning up or showing emotions. Let us have a day or time to exhale! Take the time to GET CHECKED, get organized, get engaged and most of the time, take the time to defend yourself! IN ANY AREA! Yes, I did this twice this year about my character and believe me it was not pretty. But I got my voice heard!

So yes there are more ideas, but I think this is just a start. Men, I hope that many of you had a great International Men’s Day 2020. But after this day is done, what will we do for International Men’s Day 2021? That will be the vision to journey on.

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL MEN’S DAY!

November 7th, 2020: The AP declared Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 Election.

Well, this my take has been thought about. And yet it still remains to be a question that many had been asking: was it worth the wait? I thought about this question yesterday after we heard this:

MSNBC Projects Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election

Now tell me this citizens. Was this worth the wait? After a week of waiting and watching the returns and wondering, was this work of the election leading up to this, worth the wait? If you have been worth waiting all this time and can breathe some relief after all this, yes it was definitely WORTH THE WAIT!

When I saw the cities that had folks dancing in the streets, and celebrating with their families and friends, this was a revolt of jubilant that had waited for several months and 4 years. Let me say this, it was 12 years ago this month on the 4th of November, that the 44th President Barack Obama was the man who was the first African-American to become the leader of the country. We saw also the first time that the first family of the White House was African American. That lasted for 8 years. No problems in all. This “soon to be” administration of the Biden Harris Crew will be different, but it will be so interesting to see what will be invested in this new era.

Which remains to be seen.

Joe Biden from many sources had three times to become President. Two out of the three he was unsuccessful, but THIS THIRD TIME AROUND, he earned the shot to get to the presidency that had eluded him for so long. He’s the man that will hold the strap that he must defend for America. Now I know that he learned the game when he was with Barack, but now he has to play the game. Matter of fact, he needs to play “his game” and to develop his game to orchestrate. What I am trying to say is, Joe Biden must be his own President. Let him make it his. And the first thing on the list for him is to get COVID-19 under control for us in the states. Yes we are in a pandemic. Wisconsin, from where I’m at, has one of the highest ratings of the airborne virus right now! Not cool, Badger State! And that has the same category as the flu. But more on that later.

What led to the surge the most of Biden’s win: In my view, BLACK FOLKS! Let me make one thing clear, it really began in South Carolina when Rep. Jim Clyburn was asked about his viewpoint of a candidate that could represent. He picked Biden. Then that track inward captivated to other areas, cities, states, communities, and all. Communities in Atlanta, Philly, Detroit and my hometown of Milwaukee all waited outside in line, drove up just to cast the ballots. No matter by mail, in person or things like these:

City of Milwaukee Election Ballot Dropbox.

Yep, it’s a City of Milwaukee Election Ballot Dropbox. Which was a lot of these around Milwaukee’s Libraries over the city. But no matter where or how, we all voted!

This moment in the midst of the pandemic was infact the “Election of our lives”. We didn’t ask for it. Nor demand it. The Democratic Process was legit. The voters have spoken and now begins the next steps of making sure the tallies are officially checked to proceed to the date of January 20th, 2021. Another reason to celebrate the Dr. King Holiday by inaugurating Joe and Kamala to their respective duties.

But before that happens, let’s address the elephant in the room about this legal challenge of 45 to recount the ballots per state. Personally, this is a waste of time. And clearly it’s one of those things that no one does want to see after a CLEAN CAMPAIGN! I don’t know what juice 45 is drinking, but however this has gone over his head. He’s thinking that the victor is his and should be granted a second term automatic. No questions asked. Seriously, dude?! WAKE UP!!

45 LOST! All of you fans of the so-called MAGA Nation, you need to have your heads examined. Your boy, 45 also known as Donald Trump….. crap I said his name! Look your guy has the letter L in his first name! Look at it. And that L stands for Loser! That’s what he is. A bonafide, delusional, can’t take reality kind of LOSER! Can you guys just accept the fact he lost the game? He needs to humble himself, make that concession speech, halt the so-called lawyers, trials and complaints of the alleged fake viewpoints of the election was rigged, votes were stolen, and many other mess that he is talking about. All the supporters in the GOP need to shut their mouths! All the FANS who voted for him and other republicans like him need to shut the HELL UP! AGAIN YOUR GUY LOST! GET OVER IT!!! 4 years ago, you guys told us who voted for Hillary Clinton to get over it, the election was done, our guy won. Did we get a recount in 2016?! No.

Now from what we experienced in 2016, you guys of the MAGA Nation now knows what it felt like most of us went through. What’s that comment? Call a spade a spade? Yeah that one. Better check yourselves seriously.

On the flip side, I’m looking at the folks in all of the cities and some around the world all rejoicing the victory of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. For some of our International folks, yes America is back! We needed to be back! And we hope that with this win, we want to REMAIN back with all of you to improve this globe! “The Blue Wall” of Pennsylvania, Michigan and my homestate of Wisconsin had improved to make sure that Joe Biden got the W. I think of all of the states that helped Joe win was in fact his homestate of his birth. You guys in Pennsylvania call yourselves the “Keystone State”, right? Well it was the KEY in the keystone state made it well. Other key states like Arizona in a spoiler alert that got the win for Joe. Arizona hasn’t been blue since 1996, and guess who won that? Yep. Bill Clinton. And most recently as most know that Georgia, went blue for Joe Biden. Georgia hasn’t been blue since my second year in High School. We’re talking 1992! Bill Clinton was gunning for the presidency! You young readers of mine weren’t even born yet. But read about it anyway. So yes it was expected and talked about! And now it’s here. And by the way, I heard that Stacey Abrams was credited with several other folks that helped Georgia become blue. I should point out that was VERY commendable. But here’s something to ponder, we know Stacey Abrams has been residing in the south for a long time, but she like Kamala has something in common: they both have connections to Wisconsin. Stacey was born in Madison, my homestate’s capital until she moved at 4 years old with her family to Mississippi and of course, Georgia. And for our soon to be VP (although she was born in Oakland, California), her father, Donald Harris taught at UW-Madison in the 1960’s as an Associate Professor.

So now since that 45 will be officially GONE in January, the country must get on task with battling COVID-19. And by the way: WEAR YOUR MASKS! USE SOCIAL DISTANCING! The country must do the same with areas of Education, Health/Wellness, Jobs, Foreign Policy, Crime, (you can skip the Crime Bill of 1994), Finance and many other factors that the soon to be Biden/Harris Crew MUST TACKLE!

The new crew needs to knock down unnecessary gates to the White House. Have you all seen this? TACKY!!!!!! How is this representing us?! The Wall that separates the Border between U.S. and Mexico: KNOCK IT DOWN! That needs to go! And any other reversal on Civil Rights, Humanitarian Concerns and many others that were eliminated by 45, 46 will put it back! And let it stay there!

So yes, the next 4 years will be a time of restoration. In terms of restoring the items and objectives that 45 took a waste on. But now, it needs to have a sense of peace to get back to a better normal. For the VP of certain things, yes Kamala Harris will make her mark of being the first Woman VP of country. And yet she needs to be her own VP that has to stand different from the previous men that held the job. And yes, she’ll be in a league of her own of the supporting cast that she might take on. We know that the next First Lady, Dr. Jill Biden will still be teaching. In which that is her passion to do. She’ll be doing a role that will be totally different from the previous women who had that role. And as for Doug Emhoff: many don’t know that he’ll be the first “Second Gentleman” in the country’s history. Yes, we have to get used to say 2nd Gentleman Emhoff or something like that. We’ll just have to play it by ear to figure to understand. But he will be the 2nd Man in the land with supporting his wife.

So yes, Americans, it’s time to invest in some “Biden Harris Bucks”, and use them to restore US!

As of press time: the Electoral College Numbers were updated noted on November 13th, 2020:
Joe Biden – 306
Donald Trump – 232

The usual holidays of spooks are upon us. Yes, it’s Halloween time in the city. While many of us still trying to crack the code of the Coronavirus, we are still haunted by 45’s lies. We are still haunted by black men being hunted like cattle. Oh, don’t forget that the Election is coming real quick like The Fog. Yes, like the horror movie. Oh, don’t forget about virtual learning that many can’t crack like Apple Computers. Oh, don’t forget that working from home can be valid thought, and many linger that. Oh don’t that Halloween is NOT A DEVIL DAY! And don’t forget that that Holidays will be coming quick after Veteran’s Day so yet we need to be ready. And don’t forget that well……Oh whom I kidding: I’m scratching my head again!

What is more frightening: Masking up or no masking in protest?

Since many like to label Black Lives Matter as Marxist Company and hating the Police, why was Alicia Garza was on someone’s target list?

So the Packers lost one Game to Tampa Bay, but bounced back to beat Houston. Has the term Bounce Back has not lost it’s soul?

Amy Barrett shouldn’t have been picked to take over the late RBG’s seat on Supreme Court. That is a big NO from me! Is the country really doomed now?

What really irks me that there are Black Men buying of what 45 is selling. Exactly what is the message that these men are paying attention to?!

Word is that 45’s rallies were getting more folks sick from the COVID. When are they going to learn? Oh that’s right they can’t.

In Movember…..I mean November who from the men’s gallery will not be a sissy and talk about the health concerns? We all got them. And who’s NOT SHAVING?!

Men – Our International Men’s Day on November 19th is coming so quick. Has any man have plans VIRTUALLY to celebrate and not get an attitude within the next 4 months?

According to the recent polling like Real Clear Politics, it appears that Joe Biden has the upper hand. Can the momentum continue?

Now 45 is saying that the Doctors are being paid when it regards the Coronavirus. Who does he think he is?

Trick or Treating this year was heavily talked about. Yes that. Will it be back better in 2021?

If you’re a Poll Worker that has not been called yet, does it feel weird not to get a call or an email, or a text or anything? What’s Up?!

I need to ask this question. I was watching Roland Martin Unfiltered recently and one of the segments featured that a group of Black Women take part of this Phone Conference that they do every Sunday night in discussing about regarding mobilizing, organizing, and fundraising. And here is the thing: they come from all walks of life. No matter the club, job, organization, etc. And they are all black. When Roland asked the panel, which was all Black Men with political angles of experience, many have not answered the question in asking had they heard any MEN doing this. This is not about the Boule, Masons, Divine 9 Fraternities, and other male organizations alike individually. Is there a space or a group or connection for Black Men that do the same like the Black Women? If not: START!

If you been to any Souls to the Polls, GOTV, or what ever preplan voting activity to get to the Election Sites to make those votes happen. Excellent work. Now have the results worked to get others motivated?

Why is Wisconsin is still a battleground state for voting?

Will the holiday jobs be remote just as in person?

Hey Milwaukee, what do you think of the Hoan like this?

As the season of Halloween converts to All Saints Day and the Day of the Dead, you realize that the memories of the departed haven’t really departed as much?

As the season of Election is dwindling down day by day, will we be either joyful or just repeated concerns of 45?

When Thanksgiving comes and it will come: how will us cope without the extra seat that the 200,000 plus left us in death?

So far, has the complaining of Virtual Learning been calmed down?

Word is that the 31st Simpsons Halloween show will be a day late after Halloween. We have been here before, right?

The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror XXXI Preview

After November 1st, you can’t forget about the DST ending and checking your smoke detectors, right? Come on now don’t act like you don’t know that routine.

So NBA Folks, how bout those Lakers exposing the Miami Heat?

What really works in elections: Absentee, Early Voting or the actual traditional in person voting?

Did anyone care that the Dodgers actually won the World Series?

And just to think, with all the Halloween Candy that the stores have, they need to donate to all the Homeless Shelters or the USO for our Military Overseas. For all of you Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and many other stores, think it over! Good idea?

And the last thing before the season of All Saints, Hallows Eve, Day of the Dead ends into November, and this needs to be asked: Have you or will you vote on November 3rd? They say this is the election we need to really get out and Vote! This is the nightmare that cannot repeat like 2016. Let me say this that many already know: Stop saying that you won’t vote. That is a cop out! You already know that for the last 4 years there has been a disdain about 45’s concerns regarding about our Health and Wellness, our Jobs, Economy, his viewpoints of Racism, calling our neighboring counties S-hole countries, calling our military and veterans suckers and losers, and most recently he thinks AGAIN that our doctors are being paid more just because of the corona. Already he is digging his own grave. Summon the Undertakers. And here’s the thing, when Joe Biden got into this race, many thought he had no chance. None! Look at him now. He and Senator Kamala Harris are about one foot away if possible to get to the White House. And many in the Black Community still got a gripe regarding the 1994 Crime Bill that many in the Democratic Senators, Mayors that many like now, favored it. Even black politicians favored the Crime Bill. Let’s be real! And yet Joe admit that was a mistake of getting the crime bill notarized since many of us Gen-Xers were in High School, College and the Military. Or starting a job. This was so 1990’s. So yes even a pandemic, and even facing lives of black folks, this election MUST NOT SLEPT ON! PERIOD!

If you don’t vote, don’t complain Wednesday morning that those voted messed up. Want to look for a reference? Take a look at 2016. A haunting reminder of this Halloween Season.

Happy Halloween!

AND VOTE LIKE HELL!

Oh you thought I was done, huh?

You thought the last blog about the Coronavirus was the last? Well apparently not because like many I’ve been observing all of the cases, deaths, so called conspiracies, closings, delays, and yes those godawful protests of the right wing fools dressed in the battle flags, Gadsden Flags and this thing about Liberating this state and that state. Oh did I forget to mention that our so-called president told us to inject or inhale Lysol? This fool is trying to kill us with a household product that we use everyday to spray our bathrooms to inject that into our bodies to wear off the Coronavirus. If you really did that, consider yourself extremely stupid!

In the last couple of weeks, since many of the states have declared themselves Safer At Home, or Stay At Home there has been alot of “So Far” Stats in regarding to the spread of COVID-19. And yet many are still observing the stats daily with New York State on a constant basis. And of course we still had to hear what 45 had to say in which may are feeling that he is still straight LYING to us in terms of the “invisible enemy” of the Corona. The more he tells this, I’m changing the channel because it’s stupid of him to address the American people of what’s is really going on! The folks who really are feeling the pinch of the Coronavirus is those whom are uninsured have high fevers, real shortness of breath, diabetes, high blood pressure and many other factors of those whom are over 60 that could be and can be are effected. And for those of us whom are Black, we got it the worst. Why do I bring this up, is because it’s no secret. Anytime we see these humanistic symptoms come up we know instantly somebody might say, “Black people aren’t effected. It’s all about money when Coronavirus is mentioned. Then we are all scared in junk……” For all those who think that, you must be drunk with some serious malt juice. And in the last several weeks, in addition with non-blacks dying, black folks have been effected. We know it. And many like to crack jokes like it’s hood comics. WAKE UP! When your friend or family member gets the Coronavirus and DIES, its game over. More recently, I just lost one of my former teachers that I had since college in the late 1990’s. And the teacher, Leonard McGhee was just 75 years old! This was one of my printing teachers from the Milwaukee Area Technical College that I truly followed. And yet you folks want to crack assumptions that the Coronavirus is fake. Oh you all better stop this mess and get real serious about the pandemic. If you’re not that serious, your Mortician or Undertaker is preparing your burial. Keep acting a fool, keep the masks off, no bandanas, no nitrite gloves, keep playing outside, and oh, keep messing around when the cops will arrest you for breaking the Safe Home Laws. More below.

What is also stupid during the Coronavirus? Our so called Republicans in Wisconsin are going to the lawmakers to get the extension of the Safer At Home Order blocked in order to reopen the state. Oh great, leave it to the @$$Clowns of Robin Vos and Scott Fitzgerald to get all the citizens in Wisconsin to DIE! Seriously, these folks want many folks to perish for their personal gain of egos. Even black folks to die away quickly. The Safer At Home Order was extended to May 26th to give time for the State to evaluate the situation of the pandemic. But oh no, the GOP are desperate fools that want to rush the Governor to get all the systems to go by May 11th. What’s even worse is that, the so-called protesters that made fools of themselves with the flags and rifles outside of the Capitol with all that White Privilege were leading the charge. But I also hate to say this, but May 11th is not going to cut it. Nope! No really knows when this pandemic will be over. Another problem with the stupidity: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS ON THE RISE! That is a hard one if you know someone or are someone that is going through the problems. And keep in mind, Domestic Violence is STILL a problem! Not just women, but also men and children are effect. Yes I did say MEN why because they get hit also by those who do the damage all the time. Even during the Coronavirus.

Also, beginning this week, in Milwaukee, the Milwaukee Police Department will be handing out L’s. Fines of $500.00 in regarding to those who don’t comply with the Governor’s Orders. They said they would do this and they are not messing around. Have they indicated this before? Yes. Press play:

That was March 23rd. Last month. So don’t act like “Oh I didn’t know. Nobody told me…..” You all should have known that would happen and guess what, according to the news, approximately 133 citizens were arrested for violating the Safer At Home Order. Those are facts. Other cities and suburbs are doing the exact same thing maintaining law and order during the pandemic.

Again it’s not a joke. Know what else: our Milwaukee festivals are cancelled and/or delayed, our July 3rd Fireworks Show is canceled until next summer, some of our businesses can and cannot operate due to getting our hair cuts, nails done, and hosting other needs the most. And by the way, if you’re one of those house calls fools that still operate against the order, you’re dumb as hell. You really want to get a pedicure during a pandemic? Seriously? Oh you still want to congregate in your Church building during this? You mean to tell me that you can’t pray at home or have church at home online? You can do that you know! Don’t be that stupid like those Pastors in Louisiana and Florida that had recently been placed on house arrest and or fined but they still keep coming and congregating. And recently other Pastors who have done this so far, DIED! And to add those who lead and protested the Safer At Home Orders just got the Coronavirus!

But on the flip Some businesses are being tweaked to open up SLOWLY BUT SURELY! On the other hand, they also have to abide by the rules of social distancing. So it’s going to take a while.

Expect a Part III in a blog letter to the Milwaukee Public Schools. And why they should get on the ball for Virtual Learning.

So here we are yet again.

Happy New Year!

Welcome to the blog story that is traditional. Let’s review of what I said last year/last decade with a twist:

Like Sgt. Hulka used to say in the movie Stripes: “before we proceed any further, we gotta get something straight.”

I’m going to be taking this blog to new heights. It’s not just going to be the same old song and dance. Nope, that is going to be one and done. It’s going to more than just one blog story. No matter if you are in America or in freaking India, be ready. This blog thing will one day, get real. If I got to get my Periscope, or own video thing on here to help my stories, well: that’s what I have to do one day. What does all this mean? It means that I have to get better with the idea of blogging with the issues and concerns. I have to. It’s not just that thing that needs to be done, it must be done to improve. To inspire and yes, to get to the point of view that I need to display.

Yes, folks will walk tall, shoulders back, chin up, conscious up to the 10th level, and of course, this is an idea that would be beneficial. I thought about destroying this blog and ending a 10+ year streak, all because of other concerns of boredom or that same story. But wait…..this could be a benefit to help and inspire. While many might think that one story from a blog is all there is, think again!

“Stephen’s Spot” is not just about one same blog story. Or one picture. Or one anything. It can be revolutionary, inspirational, conscious, fun, life experienced, or just plain normal. It’s not a one dance show. It’s one in the million that can be experienced if many take the time to read more than one. Now, I know many are just now discovering the blog based on what I have written back in 2014 or whatever. But if you (yes you) the reader actually like what I write here, in a sense of right now, thank you.

Knowingly I can’t control what others might read, but by me writing more, and thinking more, it will be fully objectionable for me to carry on. I’m in the 40-year-old plus age bracket, and yes this age bracket will indeed test my theory and summarize.

So guess what: you want Stephen’s Spot? I’ll give you Stephen’s Spot! This is no same old song and dance. Nope, not here!

So for now: let’s start my New Year’s Tradition of Stephen’s Spot that doesn’t need a repeat: What do I want to see and not want to see in 2020! 20 things by the way in the now new Roaring 20’s. And just to add, many of the folks we knew, never got to see 2020. But consider this being lucky.

So……..It’s GO TIME!

First Five I want to see in THAT YEAR OF 2020:

Employment/Health & Wellness/Politics/Voting

1) It’s time to work, folks. If this is the year that you will get that real job, the time is now! No more wasting time by waiting on others. It won’t work. We need to have a “Career Awareness Month”. We need to have better job fairs, career expos, have a “seasonal vet” career fair for the mature folks. Not that watered down stuff that many are getting. Even if you still have that degree in the display, that many will pass up. We have to do EXTRA better. Oh, by the way 2020 also means that the Census is coming so make sure you fill out the Census form to keep count. And don’t worry, it’ll be taken care of for another 10 years. Why this? it’s been effective since 1790’s in the United States.

2) If you got to get yourself checked, do it. You know where the doctors are. As well as the dentists, eye examination folks and more. Matter of fact some of them might be near you right now. And while we’re at it, we need to for real get educated about the issues of health. I hear say, “you need to do this or that”. or “you need a flu shot.” BEFORE ANY THAT HAPPENS: ASK QUESTIONS! Forget what you saw on Facebook, know that real stuff first! Really stop and ask definite questions! And when you go the doctors, they will give you a list of what they’ll do to you at the physicals! Plus, still doing the exercises for the resolutions? Why does it have to be the goals for the year? Do them everyday!

3) 2020 also means that new laws will be in effect. Like the Weed CBD stuff in Illinois in terms of not bringing it to Wisconsin. Oh, and if you approve of the work that some or many are doing to help this country and mainly in your districts, show some love! Volunteer or work on their staff, help in politics on their behalf. Be an Able Body Person to carry that out!

4) You should know that 2020 is a voting year? Oh, you didn’t know this? Pay attention! Do better! See the next line.

5) I’ve been saying this for MONTHS AND YEARS! This would be a good time to get your voter registration checked and/or updated to get ready for the 2020 election year. I want to see this happen even more. Forget waiting until next month! It’s best to do it NOW! After all the “decisions” of purging names off the lists!

Next Five I don’t want to see:
Church/African-Americans/Credit Checks/Not Voting

6) Like last year, and the year before that and previous years and so on: I don’t want to see NO ONE complaining about the lack of this or that in the church. If you don’t have a certain something going in your church, then make something happen! Keep at it! What did I say after my father’s passing in 2017: Be empowered, and ALWAYS Stay in the fight!

7) And like many many years ago: I don’t want to see black folks putting other black folks down for stupid pathetic reasons! No matter what happens we must continue to look in the mirror and raise up. Either for Jobs, Education (past or present) contributions, clubs/organizations etc. And that goes for anyone else. It doesn’t matter what you got with you. Either way, NO EXCUSES!

8) Never EVER OVERLOOK THIS: Now for all you Black Queens: you say you LOVE us Black Kings right? DO YOU?! Here is a “whenever you get a chance” challenge that you might not think. Cater to us for ONE DAY at a restaurant, or maybe give us a day that we might enjoy. Think it over! Many of you got Brothers, Fathers, Uncles, Husbands, Boyfriends, Cousins, Neighbors, and many other male influences that you probably know that need that appreciation! Even Black Kings whom you overlook a lot, never thought about, or being Single and no relationships. You gals go all out for your thing and we’re in the seats. So why not us? Still waiting……Oh heck, we’ll do it ourselves! But many of you might tag along anyway just had to go into the back door!

9) I HOPE TO GOD, I don’t want to see credit checks on black folks no more. Matter of fact, not on anyone anywhere with credit checks that are bad news!

10) I don’t want to see those who will not vote this year to gloat. Guess what: Elections have Consequences. Period!

Five More things I want to see:

Alumni Associations/Results Doing Actual Work and Milestones/ Black Church Groups/Black Community/Fraternities and Sororities

11) I want to see more of us ALUMNI (YOUNG AND OLD) to reinvest in our Alumni Groups. Not just for the class reunions and everyone also shows up broke, mad, left out and uninformed. If you get pissed about not being informed about a class reunion or gathering, DO NOT GET MAD AT THE ALUMNI COMMITTEE! You need to be backing up your Alumni Contacts from your classmates, anyway. And if your Alumni Organizations messes up, get on their case! Write letters or email messages to state your case. EXTRA NEWS: if your class reunion from High School, College and or University is hosting a milestone reunion this year of 2020 consider that a bonus! This would be a good start RIGHT NOW to get things planned! What do I mean by Milestone? 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, etc.

12) I want to see the results of us “doing the work”. Not just the partial results of patting on the back and say “nice work”. But also what did it took to get the results needed. And if your employee is celebrating a milestone of service (10, 20, etc), give him or her the due of respect. It’s the right thing to do. Or even if no one gives you a pin of service: give yourself one!

13) I want us “non-scared and scared grown folks in the Black Church Groups” as well as any other Church Group to talk to our youth. Seriously talk to them. Some of them need us to come to them. I don’t care if they are in the schools shooting basketballs or at the community centers or in church playing Chess or Madden 20. Or double dutching, or even learning a praise dance. Even tutoring and READING BOOKS! Let’s learn to #HashtagAndTalk to our young folks. Male members of the church: get the young men involved in these groups! Women, you know what it is. And I dare say, VICE VERSA.

14) CALLOUT: I want to see more black folks in the communities who think there is nothing there to do, start something! Stop complaining! Stop moaning! Stop Getting Pissed off! Get up and get out and make the stuff happen! Such as Health stuff, job applications, resumes, networking, organizing a business venture. Able Body folks, if you’re still standing outside of a Walgreens or a Gas Station asking for money, and if you can still move around, get inside that building and ask for an application! Why is that so hard?!!! And yet this is a start of a new decade. Time for something new and improved!

15) Like last year and year ago and prior years, here is a thought: I want to see ALL fraternities, and ALL sororities to “recruit and meet up” with seasoned vets that can help out. Especially those of the black fraternities and sororities. All of the Divine 9 folks: From the Alphas to the Iotas and from the AKA’s to the Sigma Gamma Rho’s: Have a day in which YOU need to go out to the seasoned vets of those who are 40-ish and up that want to join up to support the groups you represent. And also, don’t be so VERY judgmental about those who are at that 40’s range. The best place to find us: either at our church events, alumni group meetings, etc. And this goes for the American Legion Family, VFW Auxiliary, Masons, Elks, Eastern Stars, and etc. WE SEE YOU! You need to re-introduce yourselves! And….just to add, do some of your groups have Founder’s Day Celebrations going on like this month?

Final Five : I want not to see and want to see.
Black Lives Matter/Volunteerism/Grown After 18/If it doesn’t work…..

16) Of all the things I don’t want to see this year, this DECADE of the New Roaring 20’s: enough of the blame game on Black Lives Matter that seemed violent or racist. For all you Blue Lives Matter or copying off the Black Lives Matter Movement, you will suck. Instead of hating on Black Lives Matter at least go to a meeting or hear from those who lost a brother, or sister or a parent that was black. Take notes, Blue Lives Matter. And don’t front! Not only that, no blame game on the #LGBT, introverted, dark horses, or any other person that is not like anyone else down the street that is deemed racist, violent, or just love saluting the flag in a nice way.

MASSIVE NEW YEAR’S CALLOUT: And also to white folks: enough calling the cops on black folks doing CIVILIZED stuff like campaigns, jobs, barbecues, community projects, volunteering or even waiting on a client, going into their apartment, swimming, selling lemonade, or to be SEATED AT A RESTAURANT OR AT STARBUCKS! Be advised and WARNED; if you work at a job, you will be fired for these stupid acts! And it takes a SMARTPHONE with video to get you TERMINATED!

17) Now, this probably might work in this year of 2020: Get grown in your own work and volunteerism. We know what we need to do, and what to do this year. So why not get involved? And the time is right now! Didn’t I say it’s time to work in the new decade? And if many don’t know, 2020 is a LEAP YEAR! February 29th is coming. So what you’re going to do on the extra day?

18) This is for the grown folks 18 and up: HANDLE your grown business! After all, we supposed to be grown after 18, right?

19) If you smell like weed going to a job interview or in the store, do you think your hygiene needs to be fixed? Fix that problem BEFORE GOING!!! Nobody needs to smell your Pot or Mary Jane.

20) If any of the plans that don’t work, This should be seen and heard by EVERYONE: If there are things that might be difficult, stressful, unhealthy, not financially, and many others, Leave it alone! Find a Plan B, or what you know best and stick to that! Keywords: PLAN B!

Happy New Year!!

By now, you had the turkey. You had the dressing. You had the cranberry sauce, vegetables, and pie. You’re probably stuffed with all the food. And yes, you probably went to a late night club and got started by shaking down those pounds, carbs and calories. Of course, that’s what Thanksgiving would do to you you fill up and you got to lose weight! Hopefully many of you have had a blessed Thanksgiving, a blessed time with your families and friends and strangers probably came in and see you have something to eat. And hopefully that maybe you’ll do the same thing for the upcoming Christmas season. And of course we have to talk about politics, 45’s crappy stuff, the ongoing problems and concerns about black neighborhoods, churches being so hypocritical, (which partially the good ones can stay afloat) and also your basic everyday road rage and folks driving to crazy and asking the same by the question what is your problem? And just the ad more walls and joys and concerns of holiday employment. Yes if you have not guessed it Christmas is coming. But guess what? I’m scratching my head again.

How thankful are really the things you have already, and willing to go for?

Question for Milwaukee, now we all know that mayor Tom Barrett it’s going to put his seat on the line for the fifth time. But the big question is will he able to retain it with the likes of Lena Taylor and Tony Zielinski. Plus voters that may or may not favor him?

Is the Milwaukee Streetcar really that pointless?! After one year?!

Okay this needs to be asked, which relative really sparked that conversation that you did not want to talk about at the dinner table on Thanksgiving?

You know this is going to happen which came first your football game or Macy’s Parade?

Milwaukee: the Brewers now has a new logo, as a matter of fact: they have brought back the old ball/glove logo that has been slightly enhanced for the ball club’s upcoming 50th season next year. Yes the Brewers are turning 50. Will this next era bring a thing called a Championship?

Already, the 2010s decade is vastly closing real soon, What was your best moment?

Okay this needs to be asked again: which families do and do not use canned cranberry sauce?

For those who may have been “triggered” on Thanksgiving, you probably read about the Indians being murdered after a church service on Sunday morning. And for those of you who probably have never had a chance to re-read the question you might have been triggered all the wrong questions. Did any of us ever had the chance to research the truth?

Which of you Facebook and Instagram users were so scared and worried about the transmissions being almost cancelled on Thanksgiving?

Who was not prepared for the “onslaught” on Black Friday?

For people who drive so stupid in Wisconsin roads, Wisconsin streets, Milwaukee areas, and I know who I’m talking about, when someone is trying to make a turn, or coming out the driveway, coming out of the garage , why do you honk your horn so bad? That right there is going to make you look stupid and irritated. Don’t be surprised if cars come equipped with cameras so they can record your every single driving mode get your license plate and check you. And by the way, that idea is coming for me in 2020 for my cars. Just wait. I’m not playing!

Is Black Friday really worth shopping nowadays?

For the sake of those asking and this is the only question asking why is it that a TV is mentioned on Black Friday the most? As everybody knows.

Right now, the Hallmark channel has it’s Christmas movies playing. And many of us are still wondering why. But you know something, BET, TVOne, and other channels have Christmas movies too. Can you check out those?

For all of my introverted readers, can any of us relate to this?

Attention Black Friday shoppers don’t mean to ask this but, you will be hearing this from your pastor on Sunday. Don’t get triggered because you know it’s the truth. Am I wrong or right?

Is the pressure of the WWE is really building from AEW wrestling?

For all of my UPS, FedEx, USPS, and many other delivery package drivers this holiday season take a look at this:

Now you really have to ask this one question, what kind of mess and crap is this? and the thing is the woman on the video had some crack was on drugs by the way claiming that her car was broken into so many times on outside of a house. Anything is try that turn into racism is really stupid. I hope that no black driver or driver helper this holiday season coming out should not want not and will not go through that type of stupid remarks of racism and many other factors. And this is one of the main reasons why race is still on the deck of the topics of tables in American households, classrooms, churches, the dinner table, the neighborhoods, the malls, the restaurants, and many other places we go and spend our money every single day. They say that the holiday supposed to bring up the good folks in everybody, but I have to remember they can bring out the worst in people too, and this is not about losing folks to death. Even racism place apart around this season especially for those who are trying to do some good deeds by deliver packages to houses or businesses every single day. And don’t assume that the influence of 45 is afoot.

For Small Business Saturday, the day after Black Friday, which is the best small business you go to support every single day?

For Cyber Monday, which online store you support the most everyday? and don’t assume it’s always Amazon.

For Giving Tuesday, which companies or donations you support the most? As in idea: DONATE TO YOUR ALUMNI!

Milwuakee, it was so naked without our former traditional Christmas Parade that lasted for so long. What will it take to get a new tradition like that to stick for another Generation?

Speaking of “the current Generation that doesn’t want to go on” what is up with Milwaukee restauruant Vitucci’s closing up after 85 years?

Now for you Millennials and Generation Z folks: What is up with this #OKBoomer mess? If any generation can go one on one the most, is Generation X.

For my Live Streaming Folks and I know you got this: Christmas is coming and I’m looking for a gift to save money and get the best live streaming device on the market. I’m looking at Amazon Firesticks, Roku, Android TV JetStream devices and that’s it. So I’m asking all of you, which is the best one you think is the best to buy? Drop a comment in the box or on Facebook.

Sometimes football players make bonehead moves. Myles Garrett. And also this Ole Miss Player, Elijah Moore after making a play, made a dog peeing gesture and costed him and the team the game vs Mississippi State. What was the point of that dumb move?

You know the Milwaukee Bucks are RED HOT right now. How far will they go for another playoff run?

So far, the Green Bay Packers had 8 victories and 3 losses. But this last loss vs a different San Francisco Team gave the Green and Yellow a worst L on the record. The last time they played the 49ers: Colin Kaepernick was playing and won 17-3. Yeah Niners, the Pack won that one. But December is coming and the team usually comes out firing the Big Guns the most in the birthday month of Aaron Rodgers. And mine. Will the Packers make a statement and bust out the guns again in the 12th Month?

And so far, the Wisconsin Badgers are undefeated at the Battleground. And they must go for the Axe vs Minnesota. I think the Badgers must use this as a chance to get redemption vs the Golden Gophers after this ugly L in the Mad City last year:

Will they do this? And keep in mind, it’s not the same Badgers team like last year.

In the next 8 months, Milwaukee will be home of the DNC Convention. Is the Brew City/Cream City really ready for full tilt in Democratic Blue?

For you non Milwaukeeans, yes we’re also called Cream City. Not because of cows or milk. It’s really because of the buildings that have a creamy look on them that blend in. Who knows? And you know why the Milwaukee Bucks have “Cream City” on the jerseys?

How about this interview between the Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin? Very interesting to see on the WWE Network!

Is the confidence of Christmas still an all time high? Not weather wise I should say.

Just to add also, TV One is doing at Family Matters Reunion all weekend long. Yes, nothing but Urkel all day and night. Who’s watching?

If the decade of the 2010s were to end today, what would have been the worst and best moment? I’ll also save that next month.

CALLOUT: Black people: why do you still put a pic of White Jesus on your Facebook pages? Knowing the fact you know better that Jesus WAS BLACK! Speaking of “slave mentality” and “being on the plantation”.

Black People: you do realize that there is an African Heritage Study Bible that really details the truth in biblical times?

Uh-oh: there are names being purged from the voting records. You voters better get to your Election Offices to make sure you are straight with your voter statuses! Now will you be ready when the voting year comes?

All this technology stuff and google searches, and you can’t really read certain books?

And the last thing to ask: After all this weekend of Black Fridays in all, and the racism, and the good things to happen yet to come, what will the 12th month bring and to make sure that you stay afloat?

In the meantime: Happy Thanksgiving!

Here are the rules: Everyone knows how this goes yet again. And it’s really simple. No need to link or google or even #Hashtag. Today, many around the country and in the household or other areas, we Americans will be celebrating that holiday of food called Thanksgiving. From the Parades to the NFL Games, Dog Shows, or other new traditional ideas that will boost the food day. And yes, there will be us going out to the clubs and shaking off the pounds to get loose for Christmas. Or staying home for the house parties. Or just now, folks going shopping. Really?!

And yes, there will be constant reminders of the horrors that our Native American brothers and sisters will not participate in this Thanksgiving Day due to the killing of their ancestors outside of a church on a Sunday morning many moons ago. Henceforth, The National Day of Mourning. We know this. And our Native brothers/sisters are marking 50 years of that horrible reminder that is constantly missed in our schools. It actually happened.

But this holiday, yes does have the two words of Be Thankful for the things and ideas we already have. So here in its 12th Anniversary tradition, here is another traditional Stephen’s Spot Thanksgiving Blog of “Be Thankful”. Break out the tablets, Smartphones, PC’s or laptops. Start reading!

If you have a GOOD PAYING job that is good for you and it pays well for you or family, be thankful.

If you don’t have a job and still looking and STILL not quitting by going to the job fairs or making connections, be thankful!

If you have good insurance, either health, auto, home, vision, or dental STILL be thankful.

If you have a good car or truck that gets you to work every day, and still runs well with or without repairs, be thankful.

If you have a new home, or fixing up your old home, or investing in a home you grew up in and not selling it to those who want to rent out, but want it for life even more: BE THANKFUL!

If you FINALLY have a good doctor or you still don’t have one, but still want to get that monkey (and constant NAGGING) off your back, STILL be thankful about improving your health. And STILL trying. Take your time!

Now I need to say this: If you found out that you have a chronic illness like Diabetes, and you had a devastating moment of asking why it happened and didn’t have the words. But also you had conversations and online postings about those who have it already and knows the feelings of the battles, and you learn from them and they can inspire you to be better and get with the program of what they know, and still believe that it’s possible that you control diabetes and not let it get the best of you. In this month of National Diabetes Awareness Month: BE THANKFUL that you have a support system that can back you up. STICK WITH THE PLANS!

If you have a cool dentist and he or she is good and professional, be thankful.

Like any year, if you have lost any loved one this year or years past, and still feel down that the space is empty or the chair is empty, and you want to fill it up with a new generation of family members that want to pull ahead, even close friends, we must try to be thankful to carry on. It’s hard, but we must. I still miss my father, and like last year, my Thanksgiving will be different without him.

If you had folks praying for you all year for all the things you’ve been experienced no matter good or bad, be thankful that there are folks that know, and are in your corner.

If you are expecting a raise in 2020 and will be getting it, be thankful!

Do you still love your gifts and talents that are unappreciated? And still, do them all the time? Be thankful!

If you still got your parents and/or relatives as your back up, be thankful that they still care.

If you had a sibling in the freaking hospital more than once, who is being taken care of and heard good news about coming home, and I know this AGAIN: STILL BE THANKFUL!

Got any good neighbors that know you no matter how long? Be thankful.

Met any new neighbors lately? Be thankful.

Moved to a different city recently that you feel is best? Be thankful.

Moved back to a city that is best? Be Thankful.

Got a good plan to get that next step in your career, or a different career, and a mindset? Be thankful.

For all of my church folks: if you want your Church to succeed despite those want it to fail due to jealousy, BE THANKFUL that you are willing to fight!

Married with or without kids? Be thankful.

Single and no kids? Be thankful.

Single with kids? Be Thankful.

Divorced? Be thankful.

You still have a church home that you stay and willing to have your kids to grow IN THE CHURCH? Be thankful.

If you have been given a side gig, and love it to be paid with that cash money or checks, no matter what it is, be thankful.

Men, did you celebrate International Men’s Day in #Movember? Be Thankful!

Got a good pet or know a pet that knows you well? Be thankful.

If you STILL give back to your community, your Alumni, your Church, your Scholarship Committees, your Fraternity, your Sorority, your Unions or other groups that have been treating you good all this time, be thankful!

If you STILL appreciate the value of your former teachers or coaches, or former principals, of anyone that knew your value of education, be thankful.

If you put in the work to show up at your meetings even if you see the same people time after time, be thankful!

If you can’t wait to eat the meal that gives you life, be thankful you can still eat the grub.

Still avoiding fake news? Be thankful. They suck.

If you read the old blogs that I can’t control the reading, but still want to read what I want to say regardless from my black point of view, be thankful! Not just for me, but for you.

If you STILL got stuff in your house that you want to give away, be thankful. Somebody will take it.

Still fighting Racism, White Supremacy, Sexism, and others? – Be Thankful.

Got a good business handy? And it’s good for you to make that money like Uber or Lyft or It Works? Hey, be thankful!

If you switch your career to a new company in the past year or will go to a new company to come, be thankful!

Own a business? Got your own time schedule? Invested in a product or material that worked? Be thankful.

If you got many reachable sources to give, or to provide, or to share, or to support, and it’s really catching on, you better be thankful!

If you are planning to vote in 2020, be thankful! Get your ballots ready.

If you are looking forward to another holiday weekend of fun, be thankful.

If you are NOT shopping on Black Friday, but willing to spend Black Friday outdoors in the woods or parks, Be Thankful! It’s a release to avoid a violent backlash.

If you are not shopping on Black Friday, but willing to spend your cash at a local business, or on Cyber Monday, be thankful.

If you are donating to your favorite charity on Giving Tuesday, Be thankful!

If you can’t wait to finally deck your halls for Christmas or Hanukkah, or Kwanzaa, AFTER Thanksgiving (some of you did it ahead of time) Be Thankful.

If you criticized 45 for his “horrible so-far job” as President and his tweets, REALLY BE THANKFUL!

If you are breathing right now normally and woke up: be thankful.

If you were removed from a company that had you started in the game, then a rift in Management occurred, but went to another company that is good so far, BE THANKFUL!

If many in the black community have black pride PLUS Melanin Responsibility to uplift our black people without sarcasm and forced stuff, BE THANKFUL!

Now I have to say this: if many have given back to our Veterans or supported our military while on duty, be thankful!

If you are apart of the American Legion and have been celebrating 100 years of it’s existence, and still give back and inspiring those to join up in the Legion, Auxiliary (even now that Husbands can join) the Sons and Legion Riders, I want say yes, BE THANKFUL!

If you are walking tall real good, be thankful.

If you are expecting a really good breakthrough like this year or next month, BE THANKFUL!

If you still condemn any racist act on the internet, social media, at your job, or in the house, your church demoninaton, or in the neighborhood, or any act of disrespect, forced patriotism, and you had to write letters of complaints to a certain company, STILL be always thankful to get your voice heard! Put the pressure on them on not coming back!

If you are upgrading your house to be better, be thankful!

If you got a plan to take a vacation, be thankful.

If you still got your old game systems on a Throwback Thursday and if they still work, be thankful!

If you still listen to your old school joints on your radio, or maybe some new school material, be thankful.

NOTE: For my readers that had to go through hell with school shootings, and still feeling hopeless. I want you all to understand that it’s a hard Thanksgiving Day for you as we know. But in a sense, you should be thankful that you can rebuild. And BE EXTRA THANKFUL that yet, you are still living! And be EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA THANKFUL that a breakthrough is coming for the better!

If you are a conscious-minded person, a defensive-minded person that you know is best, for your own opinions and viewpoints without any harm or hurtful feelings towards humanity, be thankful!

For my Sagittarius readers: guess what? Our season is back! Are we thankful, now? (SAGS RULE!)

And finally: If I missed anything that many have thought about, and it’s good: we all should be and forever so thankful that we must march on. Like they say at the black funerals: It’s already been said. It’s already done.

Happy Thanksgiving!

#BeThankful

Hope many of us had another chance of celebrating the 4th.

Happy 4th by the way.

As in the 4th of July, you know America’s Birthday in all? And I’m sorry to say that many aren’t feeling the goodness in all in which many have came so far in advance of getting that American Dream that many continue to thrive for all this time. And yet, it’s still out there. So for this 243rd edition of the Birthday, it’s time to go deep into the thoughts of asking and yes to come clean. Oh, who am I kidding: with all the meltdown of Patriotism, 45 has this so-called celebration in DC, more black folks denouncing the holiday again but overlooking the good, Nike goes crazy with the Air Max Shoes with the Betsy Ross Flag on it, and everyday shenanigans that makes us Yanks really worried. And yet: I’m scratching my head again.

There is a difference betweeen the “Pledge” and the “Declaration”. Who knows the truth?

For real though, had many really paid attention to 45’s 4th of July Parade with Tanks, and other related copy cat stuff like North Korea?

DYI: (did you know) that in the original draft of the Declaration of Independence, there was this item? (courtesy of the Library of Congress) “he has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating it’s most sacred rights of life & liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. this piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel powers, is the warfare of the CHRISTIAN king of Great Britain. determined to keep open a market where MEN should be bought & sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce: and that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to rise in arms among us, and to purchase that liberty of which he has deprived them, & murdering the people upon whom he also obtruded them; thus paying off former crimes committed against the liberties of one people, with crimes which he urges them to commit against the lives of another. ”

*This was an idea to strike the issue of slavery out of America. Our founding fathers had this idea in mind (even though more of them were slaveowners) before the states of Georgia and South Carolina had to intervene. And you wonder why asking!

This needs to be asked. We all heard the rendition of Frederick Douglass’ “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?” Speech and yet no one read “The American Dream” by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr? Yes! he wrote that in a sermon in 1965 for Independence Day. Who did not read this? By the way Douglass’ speech is really titled: “The Meaning of Fourth of July for the Negro.”

Who still watches the last 4th of July footage of President Barack Obama from 2016? Where he mentioned about “imperfections in our union”?

It’s a fact: there was no parties for the black folks in 1776 when the country was declared. So many had to ask, why the constant stuff like: “This is not my holiday. My holiday was Juneteenth Day.” And also state like, I don’t vote. What kind of ISH is this? And for the record, there were African Americans like Peter Salem and James Armistead Lafayette that fought along the sides of the Continental Army in which…..to gain their freedom. Including John Chavis, Lambert Latham, Oliver Cromwell, Prince Estabrook, just to name few Black Patriots of the era.

The late great Coretta Scott King once said: “Struggle is a never ending process. Freedom is never really won, you earn it and win it in every generation”. Agree or Disagree?

Who bought the Betsy Ross Kicks from Nike? $140.00 dollars worth?

CALLOUT: Ok. I like Old Navy. And Old Navy is celebrating it’s 25th Anniversary. And yes around this time, the store had all the flag T-Shirts out for the holiday, which was selling during the Memorial Day Weekend. But on Facebook,it was noted that they were selling the shirts in a Purple theme design signifying the silver anniversary on 4th of July. But I need answers: Why did Old Navy had to sell 1,994 shirts online and then when word got out, they were gone?! Somebody really tell me something and yet that is a something worth scratching my head for!

And also, when Old Navy got the purple shirts out, there was a message on the back that transcribed almost with the original pledge of allegiance. Without the words “Under God” on it. And many of the folks on social media went nuts. Why, sway?

It seems that some black folks do celebrate the 4th. And guess what, you know Malia Obama’s birthday is on the holiday, right? And she’s just now 21.

Who’s rocking the Essence Festival this weekend in New Orleans? For the 25th time in a row!

Of all the patriots past and present: who were or are the patriotic introverts in American History that defied the odds? No matter what time-frame, era, gender, race, creed, class, preference, or next generation status?

OK, many folks had to ask: with all this stuff concerning the 4th with fireworks, why not of that for Juneteenth Day? Better start now! We need Black Pyrotechnic Workers!

Milwaukee: last night began a new era in our “July 3rd before the 4th traditional fireworks.” The Milwaukee Brewers, American Family Insurance and other private businesses forged together to bring the now “Lakefront Fireworks”. When the fog was getting to be worse, it kind of cleared. But we had our show. So, how did they do? And also they will be back in July 2020. Ahead of the DNC Convention in the city!

In the first half of Summerfest, Pop Artist Lizzo (you know the one that dissed John Williams’ song Jaws being lazy) had a difficult spot with a member of the security squad member that racially encountered Lizzo’s hair stylist and another stylist after her first Big Gig Performance. And yet, it was Lizzo’s first coming off the heels of the 2019 BET Awards. My question is, has that Summerfest Security Guard Member been fired yet?! And will anyone book Lizzo in the future in Milwaukee? You know already that the city is segregated.

Speaking of the DNC: How are the ideas coming along, Milwaukee? We are about ONE YEAR this month away from welcoming the Democrats to the Brew City!

Speaking of Dream Teams: Which team right now in 2019 is a team that nobody is taking seriously but noticing? Oh, it has to be a U.S. Team.

Speaking of Dream Teams: Which team comes to mind as being a Super team that started the super teams and actually won more than one game and undefeated? Again, it has to be a U.S. Team.

Will the Milwaukee Streetcar be able to “extend the play” in terms of fares and sponsorship between now and 2020? And its still free to ride so far.

How will all U.S. Cities celebrate the 4th of July next year in 2020?

How did many of you played Mortal Kombat 11, the tower version with Jax Briggs, Sonya Blade, etc? Just in time for the 4th.

What is the one place in America that many haven’t gone but need to go?

Seriously asking: is every way the American way?

Seriously asking: Who in the living heck is #ADOS?!! Also known as American Descendants of Slaves? Word is that they don’t know enough knowledge and self hate of being black. And also, what is ADOS’s real agendas regarding the support and assistance of the African-American Community or the Black Community at large that is not very snobbish!

ADOS: Who IS This?!!!

Seriously asking: is there a thing called opportunity to earn your keep? In an American way?

Check this: how will the 4th of July historians really align themselves with the discussions of the 400th anniversary of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade? Which was in 1619?

Should all black historians really align with the 4th in a sense of expressing their own truths to be self-evident that all men SHOULD BE created equal?

The one thing still remains, how will the struggle continue for the better now since the 4th and Juneteenth are now in the rear view? This is an everyday question.

Oh hold up. What up with this? You young Americans and world wide folks take notes on this flow of Hip-Hop!

Second question: for all the triggered folks in America, one of members of Chloe and Hallie will be featured in The Little Mermaid and the triggered folks got mad and pissed all because a black woman is getting the part of Ariel. And they got mad on the Fourth. Really?!

Speaking of being Patriotic: which UNSUNG figures in current American History seemed to be the most patriotic in terms of speaking out against racism, police brutality, white supremacy, and many other shameful acts? Hint: We are talking someone or somebody that is all flag waving celebrating and being very VERY conscious about the issues of America’s problems at hand at the same time!

And…..another thing, anyone noticed that “A Capitol Fourth” was way better than 45’s Celebration in DC? Yeah I said it! And I hate to say it that in the 18th Century, there were no runways and airports. SPOILER ALERT!

Which National Anthem rendition was and is still the best: Whitney Houston, Jimi Hendrix, or Beyonce?

Which America the Beautiful rendition was and is still the best: John Legend, Aretha Franklin or Ray Charles?

This needs to be asked black folks: so the 4th of July “is not considered our holiday” in all, but which holiday is? Oh, if it’s Juneteenth, the word is that many in the Black Community don’t celebrate that either as much as Black History Month. Most of that are facts!

Black folks, when we see our own dress up in Red White and Blue, why do we get upset? Look, many can do Red White And Blue as much as Red, Black and Green and Rainbows. If we can do those without those looks without any disdain, is that considered independent? Or in this case being your own person? Not to offend, but JUST SAYING! As they say, do you!

Which of us in the black community doesn’t mind celebrating the 4th or being greeted “Happy 4th”, but also celebrate Juneteenth Day? Who does BOTH?! This is for those whom are more independent than just being one-sided!

Every Black Family must decorate their houses for Juneteenth Day. Put out the official Juneteenth Day flag and display it. Can that be done? Oh….if those don’t like the Stars and Stripes for the 4th, fly the Juneteenth.

How many times that we were reminded to “Take your place” from the scene of Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Family Reunion? Not put you in your place, but TAKE YOUR PLACE! Just a reminder: Cicely Tyson’s character centered this statement!

When 2020 arrives: is respirations on the list FINALLY?!

When July 4th, 2020 arrives next year, are we going to act more Patriotic and actually VOTE?!! Forget about all the speeches that are anti this or that, what about just going to ballots and VOTE!

When July 4th, 2020 gets here, how many of will not rely on Facebook to sway our votes in a Patriotic manner?

When July 4th, 2020 gets year in a Patroitic manner are we just going to not do nothing or actually get something started to create things HAPPEN?

By the time July 4th, 2020 passes, 10 days later, will be the 2020 DNC Convention in Milwaukee. Will the DNC be Brew City Ready?

And the final question of this 4th of July…….when 2020 gets here are we still going to work towards freedom instead of painting it like a bad habit?

Until the next one: The Struggle (like marathon) Continues!

While many of us were taking the day off from work and school, the infamous Memorial Day Holiday returned as well as the “unofficial”start of the 2019 summer season. You know that is when many will start to travel alot? Yeah that one. This is also the same Memorial Day when many of us in the black community will remind the country that it was black folks that made the holiday. Long history of that missed! And also, it appears that the sacrilegious saying again of “Happy Memorial Day” is dumb as a you know what.

But however, I’m scratching my head again.

Stop Saying Happy Memorial Day!

Like last year and this year and the year before that AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT: WHY THE HELL ARE WE SAYING HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY?!! It’s not for the living! Stop it, new generation folks!

I need to ask this: does the African-American Community receives an honor on Memorial Day when many of our black servicemen died or KIA in battle? Even while serving when the country didn’t give them love previously?

The month of May is Military Appreciation Month, right? So which military member of any branch should be given love each day that HASN’T been appreciated?

Who’s ready for Rambo? Coming in September!

As the field of candidates grows for 2020, which of them really has a shot of getting after 45?

Well they tried, the 2018-2019 Milwaukee Bucks season was ended by the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference Finals. So overall, how did the Deer do with a Central Division Title Win and a budding future?

HOLD UP: Is AEW Wrestling “REALLY THAT SERIOUS” wanting to go after WWE? On the heels of the Double or Nothing Pay Per View? By the way if I’m AEW in all, don’t go greedy in all taking out Vince. Just saying! Be your own brand and your OWN stuff.

Stop the press: who did not know that Assassin’s Creed III was out on the Nintendo Switch?! Anyone surprised?

Question: Are the Milwaukee Black Panthers really serious about disrupting the summer festivals just to protest the concerns of the city? Come on now.

Last year, Wolfenstein II was that combat game for the Nintendo Switch. So….which war game is next for the console?

For the old school gaming crowd: who has the Blast! Controllers with the HDMI plug ins? Why I’m asking this? It’s for the Atari folks at heart.

For the next month of June: Black Music Month, Pride Month, a Month set aside for Fathers, Juneteenth Day, Flag Day, The First Day of Summer………and oh, you know us men have to realize that it’s also Men’s Health Month? Wear light blue, gents!

Why many STILL ask those whom are single and no kids: “what’s wrong?” The real question is, why does it matter to you? Here’s some advice: Get your life! Switch your lanes!

Why many ask those whom are introverted that are “anti-social?!” Knowing its not the people, it’s really the connection.

North American Challenge: How many residents of #Toronto, Canada do not know anything about #Milwaukee? I’m not talking about sports here. Place your bets. Either American dollars or Canadian Dollars.

Hold up: Noah’s Ark is turning 40 years old in the Wisconsin Dells. Who’s parting while riding Black Anaconda or Raja or whatever waterslide they have?

It’s all over: Who still hasn’t seen Game Of Thrones?

For its 100th year, can the American Legion go to the inner city schools/events to assist them about black history war figures? Along with the Auxiliary, Riders and Sons? This is a serious question here. Not knocking the suburbs. I really need to see the African-American Legion posts at work on this!

How do we like the Deer District, Milwaukee?

Is the new Chevy Blazer that serious to sell?

Wisconsin: we turned 171 years old this week. How is the montage connection of Governor Tony Evers is doing after a year not dealing with Scott Walker?

How will Juneteenth Day 2019 turn up? Even in the year of the return?

Black Men/Women: when we are stopped by the police or had been stopped by the police, do we feel a sense of concern like they are going to get us? And could this be one of the reasons why an interest in Police work is not out of the question?

Old Town Road

Seriously folks, is Lil Nas X’s song “Old Town Road” really that disrespectful to country music? Even though black folks made the genre in the first place? Happy early Black Music Month.

And the Final question: Has EVERY American understood this? Be honest. I know we love our troops and veterans in all, but keep it real!
