So here we are once again. Mother’s Day 2019. For all the mother’s still alive and teaching, Happy Mother’s Day to all of you. I hope that many of you will enjoy your day that is specialized with customized opportunities to be with your families and friends. And to many of us also, from all the school shootings, the NBA Playoffs in full swing, and even the local, regional and national things abound of course: I’m scratching my head again.

So America: I need to ask, what about those Milwaukee BUCKS? In the playoffs and such? By now, they defeated Detroit and also just made the Boston Celtics look foolish after Paul Pierce’s “It’s over” comments after Game 1. Now he wants to ride the Deer to all the rest of the games leading up to the Finals. Seriously, dude?!

Dang Paul Pierce!

Confession: I have NOT seen not one episode of Game Of Thrones. Not one. And it’s their last season. Anyone else on this besides me?

You know that not all Churches operate the same, right?

All Wrestling Fans need to buy stock. Yeah I said it. Save that Belt money for stock money. Agree?

This needs to be asked: why there are those 35 years old and under that don’t want to volunteer?

After all the suspense, is Mortal Kombat 11 a hit game?

Will AEW Wrestling actually bring the pain to the WWE? Like seriously?

For all those asking and wondering, what is the value of being in the group that is Woke and Conscious?

If many of the crazed fans are getting away with murder of racism, why are they are just now getting caught? Explain!

This really needs to be asked and questioned: regarding the use of Facebook. It’s been stated by the company that Facebook has always been targeting the users or well known that have been used to “spread hate” on those that they don’t understand. And to top of all that, some of the names like Alex Jones and Milo Yiapolonous (who gave Leslie Jones a hard time over the Ghostbusters movie) and many others the Facebook Boot.

Hold up, this needs to be extra clarified: Why was Minister Louis Farrakhan of all folks BOOTED from Facebook?! And I question that on Facebook’s conscience of judgement. And yet while were on the subject and I want to say that booting Farrakhan was a grave mistake. And what? For telling the truth on subjects that many in the country or the world that shouldn’t be hearing? There are those in the world that wouldn’t hear the real truth on certain ideals or subjects and get mad at those that are spewing the fire. In regarding Minister Farrakhan, he already had his chance on other platforms and also been banned from some of the platforms on what many called him a racist. Is that so? And if’s the case, why is 45 still on social media spewing his hatred like a dumb idiot that many are calling him? Can you imagine what would the like if MLK or Malcolm X were on Facebook and ALIVE? Unfortunately, both of them were assassinated at 39 years old and they died by doing by telling the truth! So this is how many are treating the civil rights era related folks by after they told the truth, they get booted off the island? Facebook maybe good in all, but I think in this and no disrespect to Mark Zuckerberg, but the product is getting soft of going in after those who use the platform to speak the ills of OUR SOCIETY! And by the way, Minister Farrakhan is on Twitter, so along with Facebook, he’s also banned from Instagram.

Did Tiger Woods really deserved the Presidential Medal of Freedom after winning the Masters?

What was all this male attention stuff of Ayesha Curry got her butt hurt in all?

The month of May is two things: Military Appreciation Month and also, Mental Health Awareness Month. You know what it is. Why is it important to recognize them both you asked?

For all those whom are the age of this chick named Lizzo, you have no right to critique the music of John Williams being lazy. You ain’t old enough so you can begone now with your comments! By the way, who is this chick anyway? Like I give a you know what.

20 years ago this year marked the deadly anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting. And just to think that recently, there was third shooting this year in the month of May. But guess where you asked? Denver, Colorado.

CALLOUT: This is got to be the WTF moment of the second quarter so far: why are we are just now knowing that DJ Spinderella of Salt-N-Pepa (or excuse me, FORMALLY of SNP) was fired by Email from the group?! After 30 plus years in the rap game?! Shameful! And that show Ladies Night on BET is being shown now. Seriously?! Don’t worry: Spin has her own talent and will be doing her always.

20 Democrats will be on the fence in trying to represent for the 2020 election. But which one of them would be eligible to knock off 45 in 2020?

I need to ask though, if you are looking for a job in all in your hometown, then all of a sudden you get calls from out of state that the jobs are open in a temporary basis. My question is: why are the LOCAL COMPANIES not calling the folks about the jobs in the community?!

They say we had a wacky post Winter Snow in Wisconsin. Who’s ready for Spring to like, come now?

Can anyone explain the real reason why Ebony Magazine FOLDED?! After all the publication of black folks seeing themselves in positive stories in which many didn’t want, but were published anyway to give America that black folks were in the light of positive news that many need to know!

And may I add:

Oh yes, wrestling fans: we just saw Wrestlemania 35 this past Sunday. And if you didn’t get a chance to see the event, you may want to not look at this blog post. Spoiler Alert! It concerns the WWE Championship Match. And the Belt, and the fights and a expected win to happen that did happen.

Where was I? Oh yes. We’re talking about Wrestlemania. The same Wrestlemania that we saw yes, Becky Lynch winning not one but two belts, a returning Roman Reigns beating Drew McIntyre, Women’s Tag Team Belts defended, a Universal Champion Crowned of Seth Rollins, and several others.

But the main part of Mania, was indeed the WWE Championship Match between Kofi Kingston and Daniel Bryan. Oh yes there were some close encounters in the match that went back and forth. It was pretty close! But after that move of Kofi’s with the side kick of the “Trouble in Paradise” and after the 3 count pin: HISTORY WAS MADE!

You hear alot about history being made at Wrestlemania, but this history was made was even better because Kofi was the first Black Wrestler out of Ghana to win the company’s coveted prize that many had before him. Yes, Kofi Kingston may have been “crowned” out of Jamaica. But he’s really from Ghana. BLACK MAN! He’s the first Ghanaian African wrestler to win the title. When Kofi got the strap, I like everyone else was like: it’s about time that the WWE crowned the Black Man a WWE Championship! Folks have been asking for years: when is the WWE going to have a black champion to represent the company? Over the years we had from the Nature Boy Buddy Rodgers to Bruno Samartino, Andre The Giant, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, Undertaker, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Jeff Hardy, Bret Hart, Sgt. Slaughter, Kane, just to name a few. Most of the men listen were multi time WWE Champions, but none of them were of African-decent. Oh, yes we talk about The Rock winning the belt, but he’s the first third generation to win the title as a biracial competitor. Half black/Half Samoan. Since the WWE acquired WCW in 2001, they had used the old World Heavyweight Championship in transition during the reigns of Booker T (or King Booker) and Mark Henry when they won the title. But keep in mind, this was the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP. But not the WWE Championship.

Why does this matter? Why had the old commentators used the phrase “that the title is not about race?” Some say that race played a factor in this question, but I also say after all this time, it was about representation of how others see themselves. When Hulk Hogan and them were champions, yes many like them, but in the Black Community as we know now, Representation Matters. It clearly does matter in 2019 and yet the WWE had to respond to that change. This is the same company that year after year acknowledge about the life/work of Martin Luther King, Jr. every year on Monday Night Raw since it’s inception. And also every February, they acknowledge Black History Month, besides visiting the National Civil Rights Museum, they also acknowledge the likes of Ron Simmons, JYD, SD Jones, and many other notable black wrestlers that either won championships or were noted competitors.

Oh yes, Black Champions Matter. When WCW was still on the scene there was concerns about black wrestlers not getting noticed or being held back. We heard those stories out of “Hardwork” Bobby Walker and I believe Ice Train. Remember them? One of the shattered ceilings happened when Ron Simmons won the WCW Heavyweight Championship in 1992. That was the first time an African-American won the company’s top prize. Before the company folded in 2001, Booker T was crowned the World Heavyweight Championship in which was the second time a black man winning the strap. So even though that WCW had really well……SUCKED in dual times, but the company did something that the WWE did not done in their over 5 decades of existence. And even though it was brought up in the 1990’s toward the 2000’s, the story among the fans especially the Black Wrestling Fans still remained in tact. Yes over the years, the WWE has had Black Champions in other divisions: Intercontinental, Tag Team, European, US Championships (post WCW), Light Heavyweight, Cruiserweight, Men’s NXT, ECW, the previous Women’s Championship, Divas title, and yes the women’s belts of NXT, Raw and Smackdown. But in 2019 (also known as The Year of the Return) : this long story of Black Men winning the TOP Belt has been off the hook with Kofi’s win. And many state that this should have been crowned years ago. And yet, that Black NBA, NFL, MLB, Soccer, Rugby and other athletes can be marketable, the WWE must be marketable with it’s black grapplers to be. If LeBron James or Stephen Curry, or Laila Ali, Tiger Woods, Slone Stephens, Serena/Venus Williams, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali, and a cluster of Black Athletes can be so marketbale of all their likenesses, endorsements why not wrestlers like R-Truth or Kofi Kingston, Shelton Benjamin, Ricochet, Bianca BelAir, or Naomi? And they are black! Plus also, the WWE this past February along with NXT, had celebrated their photoshoots with the attire in the recognition of Black Excellence in this year’s Black History Month. Matter of fact, that started with Kofi Kingston when he and The New Day along with former Raw Women’s champ Sasha Banks, and former Crusierweight Champion Rich Swann were posed in a group shot on Instagram and many of the white fans were upset because it incited racism. Really?! It’s not racism folks, it’s representation! There might be young black boys and girls looking at them for inspiration that they one day can be champions or be something great as they get older in life.

NOW: Enter The New Day. When this group was started, it was designed to get the three wrestlers, Xavier Woods, Big E Langston, and Kofi Kingston all black wrestlers to form their own club in order to get noticed. Many folks thought that it was going to be another Nation of Domination group or it’s version 2. But when the promos were happening full of the all black women’s choir and each of the three wrestlers were shown in the promos for the group’s debut. After the debut and promos the group started to do zany and crude humor segments. Wait a minute, you might have saw DX, or Edge and Christian do crazy stuff in all, but The New Day?! Three Black Men doing crude humor of BOOTY, Twerking, wearing Unicorn Horns, Rap Battles with The Usos, Lyrical battles with SWV, Christmas outfits, Thanksgiving Pilgrims outfits with 6-1 on the front, their wrestling gear that was mixed with their personal statements, even with Kente designs for Black History Month, Fila Track Suits, wearing pink and light blue mixing with their attire, having the word “WHO?” (as in next competitors to challenge), Big E bellowing the intros of: “AWWWWWWWWW (insert your city here)! Don’t you dare be sour! Clap for your world famous (something something) Champs (or event) and FEEL THE POWER!” Like a minister in church preparing you for the worship service or revival. Many of the black fans were like: “they are some minstrel show ish”. Minstrel show for those whom are not black, it’s kind of like performing before an audience that really doesn’t like your skin color as much but you do it regarding your ancestory’s acknowledgements. But through it all, the group’s ideas of humor along with Xavier’s trombone, pancake throwing, Booty O’s Cereal was somewhat coming along. The New Day started out of no direction and getting direction of what they wanted to do. Yes, the New Day before the group were Intercontinental Champs, U.S. Champs, Tag Team Champs and yes thanks to Kofi – the WWE Champion. So yes, black representation and changing the direction does matter. Even if you’re black. Even if you’re in the Wrestling Game as it’s demonstrated many times before.

And besides that, one of the members Xavier has a YouTube Channel called Up Up Down Down, where he and his teammates along with other wrestlers of the company get together out of their time away from the ring and promos to play video games. I checked out the YouTube Channel and I’m looking at the wrestlers and like: man they are still friends! I guess the entertainment side of things are one thing, but this thing says another. Besides video games, they also do other competitive sports of Axe Throwing, Pool, Bowling, just to name a few. And yes, there is a UUDD Championship Belt. No kidding.

Kofi has his shoe promotions out with Fila in the ongoing success of the New Day Colors even with the new shirt designs. 5 years ago, this happened:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B4DZUOmxYUg And even with his segments called I Just Love Kicks on the UUDD Youtube Channel. Plus he’s been on the airwaves in talks about his wrestling career and family.

And Big E, does his job with the videos and promos along with his New Day faithful and other wrestlers. Previously he had done segments and interviews as a singles competitor in the past. And word on the street, is a Double Dare Segment with him coming out? And as a matter of fact: I want to see Big E do his UUDD promos. Come on Big E! I see you, bruh! I know that he’s done some funny segments way back when, BUT……what about coming up? Fill us in!

What does all this mean here? I know this is about Kofi and getting the strap. It also goes by saying that never overlook Black Competitors that might be on the rise coming up. And this being 2019, as known as the Year of the Return: for those who don’t know what that is, this year of 2019 marks the 400th Anniversary of the last slaves arrived in America back in 1619. Even though that many of the Wrestling Universe may not care about 1619, but guess what; it’s not a celebration. It’s a painful reminder that black folks were sold into the slave trade against their will and other aspects. And even though we’ve been talking 400 years, I feel as a black man, we should not make the same concerns of the next 400 years. Now what does that have to do with Kofi Kingston? Yeah many rooted for Kofi to win, but let’s not lose short sighted that many had to endure harsh realities of racism and discrimination to get this far. Just to think 11 years ago, Barack Obama was elected the first black U.S. President. And just to think in 2008, Kofi was getting his big break in the WWE: the very same WWE we know now also was in recruitment of searching for African-American wrestlers! And yet Kofi was one of them. Now look at him! Being a former Tag Team Champ, Intercontinental Champ, U.S. Champ, and now WWE Champion.

Finally as I close this, the next topic will be short and has nothing to do with Kofi. So every wrestling fan like to buy the merch, huh? Well that’s fine. But for all you younger wrestling fans: INVEST and I repeat Invest in WWE STOCK. Buy a share of the stock! Not just to sell and trade, but also to BUY!!!! Put that into a safe deposit box, and just forget it about it. Be a stockholder. Invest in a portfolio and save up more collateral! And goes for the AEW fans, Impact Wrestling, ROH and dozens of promotions that you follow all the time. All wrestling fans need to buy some stock. Instead of buying that replica Championship Belt that cost over $400.00, why not use that pricetag for some stock? Im just saying. If the WWE can put on all these clinics, health awarenesses, and historical ethinc and gender achivements. And they do it so wellWhy not use that community sense for fans or anyone investing in stock? Come on, fans!

But yes, in regarding the WWE Ship, It’s Kofi’s time. ITS ABOUT TIME! And it’s a time that many should believe that a Black Man’s time is definitely here and must defend well! And that really is a New Day that rocks!

Well, it seems that Black History Month 2019 is about to be in the books. And apparently that this was one of the almost weird Black History Month Celebrations that has happened. Oh, yes it’s 93 years old. And it seems that many already forgotten that the occasion is not a racist celebration. And many had to be reminded that it does matter just like the various White stories we hear almost every day at work, school, or anywhere else. I said many times before that Black History is NOT American History. It may have some American elements in all, but it’s not only American. Black History is also celebrated in different world countries like Canada, the UK, France, Haiti, Jamaica, and others. It’s not just America alone!

So what were my moments that helped made Black History Month 2019 good?

Well, let’s start with the Oscars. No, I’m not going to go toe to toe and bash the Oscars in context. But I will say this: Regina King (aka Brenda Jenkins from 227) Black Panther walked with 3 Oscar W’s in the areas of Production Design won by Hannah Beachler who became the first African-American Female to win that category. Original Score of the movie won by
Ludwig Goransson (non-black), and also Best Costume Design by Ruth Carter. Oh, at long last after 30 years in the movie game: Spike Lee (YES THAT SPIKE LEE) after all this time, won an Oscar for directing as part of the win for the movie Black Klansman. This was Spike’s first Oscar Win and many thought that it was about time that he got one. Just to think, 30 years. Since the first movie that he directed: Do the Right Thing. And even though “Green Book” was highly undiscovered, the actor, however, Mahershala Ali became an Oscar Award Winner in getting the category’s Best Supporting Actor. Later on, Green Book won the best picture of the year and yes Octavia Spencer along with Mahershala were acknowledged.

For Music: I can name many: But Gary Clark, Jr won this one. If you have not picked up “This Land” at your Targets, Best Buys, Amazons, iTunes, or Google Play, your music collections in Black History Month was not saved! The album was supposed to be launched in March, but thankfully it was pushed back in February a week after his birthday on the 22nd. Yes, February 22nd was dubbed Washington’s Birthday, but I don’t think no one was thinking of that. Yes, this was the “This Land” album that had many folks buzzing since the video woke up all being shocked and surprised, with the black folks standing on the Confederate Flags. But it also dealt with the fact that racism is still an ugly feeling of hate on someone because of skin color. And many thought that Gary was separating the races in all. BULL CRAP! Many African-American Songwriters and musicians who were and mostly all Civil Rights Activists, Peace Activists and Social Justice Warriors all talked about how bad Racism/Discrimination is. So to those who were are want to be fans of Gary Clark, Jr. after he said the lyrics: “Run N***a Run, Run back where you come from”, you need to check yourself! He’s addressing the concern that many of you probably fear to talk about it at your group events full of black folks! And I’ll bet many of you, got Black Friends on speed dial! Don’t act surprised.

Here in Wisconsin: we had a debate about who should have been and chosen to be celebrated in the badger state’s Black History Highlights. The name Colin Kaepernick was on the minds of many. The Wisconsin GOP overwhelm didn’t add Colin Kaepernick’s name to the list of achievements due to his protesting of the NFL/National Anthem. Many called him being “too controversial.” And it gained national attention. However many in the Milwaukee area, where Colin was born decided to add his name to the City of Milwaukee’s Black History Month Segments in which many deemed well received as a good thing. Many also had agreed that other activists and civil rights leaders were deemed controversial, but many were praised for their work later on when they age or pass on. And yet, that was called out on being hypocritical. So yes, the City of Milwaukee accomplished a notion that the state’s GOP failed! And how DARE the Wisconsin GOP suggested to tell us whom to celebrate for our Month of Black History?! We don’t need NO ONE TELLING US whom to celebrate and highlight. No one! Also our new elected Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes was highlighted not only on the state level, but also in Milwaukee’s news outlets for Channel 6 and 12’s Black History Month’s Segments. Keep in mind, he’s the first African-American Lt. Governor in the state.

Another highlight of Black History Month in 2019 that I didn’t see coming: Solange Knowles, Beyoncé’s baby sister bought a social media website that many haven’t used in a while and also deleted years ago: BlackPlanet. You remember BlackPlanet where black folks and other folks logged in and getting all the info about who’s who? Way before Facebook and Instagram came in slightly after Myspace, and oh that’s where I met “Stacey Heskinson” and “Mary Lee” who were FAKES! Fake hookups! That is why I deleted my Black Planet Page is because of them and others like them who almost tricked me in giving money to them trying to get out of Nigeria. Yes, that’s the truth over 10 years ago. But since then, I stuck with those who know me and that lead me to Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Instagram, and others that are not tricky. And I’m sure many who used BlackPlanet then had been tricked. So I’m not really looking forward to the reunion of the BlackPlanet party, but I will say that yes if any black folks still want to go to Black Planet and revive the username and password, be my guest. But happy that Solange bought the company though.

Sidenote: even my denomination of the United Methodist Church had several Black History References from quizzes to Black Harry. Yes, black folks played a role in this and the tradition continues to this day as well as other denominations, non-denominational etc. Plus, several African-American Teachers decorated their classroom doors in honor of their Colleges, Fraternities, Sororities, famous figure in history, and many more! And the idea came from Facebook!

Back in Milwaukee, during the first week of Black History Month: MPS had a week of meetings, events, social plays and others in regarding “National Black Lives Matter Week”. And with the week in summary, also regarding the activities, that an idea to incorporate Black History in the school subjects everyday that many of the kids and teens can learn about other black leaders and legends other than Martin Luther King, Jr. other than Malcolm X, other than Rosa Parks, and etc. I don’t know about the other school districts, but WAKE UP! Black History is not just an “American Fad”. It’s for all to learn from. And on a side note, of course, we need to learn about our subject all the time every day like apps and tablets.  Also, one of our Milwaukee Municipal Judges Derek Mosley takes the time every February to summarize stories of Black History to social media. He’s been doing this for 10 years, and yet the summaries are still valuable for all to understand!  Follow him on Facebook!

However: I need to say something that I’ve been seeing a whole lot of #BlackHistory365 or #BlackHistoryEveryday or I’m black every month comments. I think we’re kind of missing the boat here. OF COURSE! We are supposed to summarize our culture everyday. But black folks, hear me out when I tell you at times, we DON’T hardly acknowledge our people EVERYDAY! We don’t do it like the other ethnics do all the time, everyday. The only time we acknowledge I think around celebrating our people is really around family reunions, weddings, anniversaries, the club, and yet also: funerals. But as far as more of everyday when many are not doing problems we skip over that for some reason. We go to work, school, or worrying about that thing in the Mall or stores! There was a comment asked about how can we celebrate our folks everyday and believe it or not, it was on the Stephen’s Spot Twitter Page. The answer was more like an opinionated thought of starting out basic and continue to build on the knowledge every time. Learn from those that have extended knowledge and to build your learning in summary. Of course, it’s hard to do, but ask this: If we can be so knowledgeable about Technology or the latest game, why can’t we be so knowledgeable about our history in the same context? Not just talking the talk, BUT ACTUALLY, WALK THE FREAKING WALK! Man, we can hashtag all we want, but that hashtagging better be in action! Which means also that you better not charge up your Black History in March or later months, but left it lying lifeless in February. That’s a foul ball.

And of course in Black History Month 2019, there were several problems of turmoil: Jussie Smollett of Empire was allegedly attacked in Chicago all to do with some thugs wearing MAGA attire, but apparently, it was beginning to be a rumored attack. And his character on the show is not going to happen in the last three episodes in this matter. And yes also: R. Kelly turned himself in after all this time being in the Hot Seat of this Child Molestation charges that many dodged for so long. And also recently during the Michael Cohen testimonies, the 45 administration brought in Lynne Patton whom she feels that 45 is not a racist. Well, welcome to tokenism! Have a seat next to Candace Owens about what she said about Hitler being a nice guy. STOP IT! Hitler was not a cool dude so let’s not be so petty or tap dance like a fool. And speaking of that in stupidity: the issue of Blackface reared its ugly head. Don’t get me started!

So how do we end Black History Month of 2019? We should end by stating that we always should acknowledge our ancestors that brought us knowledge and wisdom to carry forward. It’s been 2 years since my father’s passing, but I’m holding to the torch. It’s a hard job to grasp but I’m trying. Also, we need to be thankful that a month like this that started with Dr. Carter G. Woodson in 1926 that got us talking about us. Keep in mind, NO ONE was talking about us! Until Dr. Woodson heard the Black Civil War Veterans talking in the coal mines in the South. And we also end the #BHM2019 Celebrations by the ongoing efforts to give our black kids a voice. A black voice to tell them that many might not acknowledge them of their talents and being black, but still, prove them WRONG! I want to acknowledge our young black kings and queens that your time is coming. Be ready and willing.

CALLOUT: And a lesson to all of us that Black History Month SHOULD NOT BE underestimated by anyone! Even if you’re black yourself!

Our proud historical events and ideas are still out in interests. And yet many of us have to begin new chapters to extend the stories. Black History Month 2019 may be already in the archives, but yet the summaries and extended plays still go on all the time. Or if you’re like yours truly: you can do BOTH by celebrate Black History Month and summarize Black History every time. No, it’s not a mistake. Keep it in the middle!

And that alone needs no permission!

#BLACKHISTORYMONTH4LIFE!
And yet, the struggle continues.

For all of the Sagittarius folks that had a birthday, still celebrating a birthday or will celebrate a birthday, Happy Birthday to all of us. Even happy birthday to me that just went around for the 42nd time on December 5th. You other zodiacs…..it’s not your turn, but you’re welcome to see this with a someone that is a Sagittarius. We still rock the 9th house with that royal purple and arrow glyphs.

How’s the Bows and Arrows holding up Sagittarians? We still aiming? If we are still aiming, keep aiming I have a news to share to talk about a thing called, a breakthrough. When we see a breakthrough or talk about a breakthrough, we are expecting a thing that is totally different than it was in a previous state. We want or need to expect a breakthrough to be better, level up, improve or just making a thing happen for the benefit of us or yourselves. No matter if it’s a new job or the same job. No matter if it’s dealing with a health illness, or being diagnosed with a health illness. No matter if it’s going through money issues, or having a chance to get that money in a way to invest, grow or getting that bonus from work for the holiday season. No matter what it is, the issue of breakthrough must be put on the table to gain that motivation to propel us to the next level!

9th house Brothers and Sisters, yes we want to get the breakthrough factor. We want it so bad that it needs to happen now. But however: It’s not going to happen instantly! Listen, now. In the era of fake news, alternative facts, folks getting all hypersensitive over Christmas Songs or animal idioms (wait until the next pre Christmas blog of my commentary on this), or even rushed Microwave ideas that drive us nuts, we must remind ourselves that we still need to seek the truth, be optimistic and still aim for the real targets that we should be aiming all the time every day!

In the past year, back in February, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. And the thing is I remember that feeling like many of you who are diabetic like, how has this happened? All those times I should have been going to the doctor getting checked up in all. And yet, I knew that most the time, I have to remember that African-Americans like myself could be at risk for Diabetes if not treated properly by eating the right foods and getting enough cardiovascular exercise 30 minutes a day. Now its been 10 months since my diagnosis and I have seemed to get the hang of it by trying to shoot the target of controlling diabetes every time I go on the treadmill or exercise bike or maybe just walking. And the breakthrough I want in this: I want to have an ability that this diagnosis will NOT STOP ME! Like many before me and with me, that I have things to do. Like getting a good paying job, do my best in what I do mostly and get away with it. Yes, I’m still single with no kids. AT 42! How many 42-year-olds right now can actually say that? Not many. And many are at my current new age that is married, have kids, or have an acquaintance that they trust. I don’t have that special acquaintance on my arm at the moment, but in order for me to have that as an example: there needs to be a “level of trust”. A simple LEVEL of trust! No judgment factors. No assumptions. Just let that person allow me to be me. If I want to go to a Milwaukee Bucks game on my own, I’ll do it. Hey, I just did it on my Birthday and came back in one piece. One the “breakthroughs” that was recently discovered that part of the reasons I explore on my own, is really my introversion. Yes, Sagittarius folks I am an Introvert. Matter of fact, I’m an Introvert Sagittarius, or a December Born Introverted Sagittarius. Found out about that about 3 Christmas holidays ago. And I studied and reviewed and I’m still exploring that voyage about the thought of being an introvert. After all Sagittarians, we all explore like Voyagers, right? It’s in our 9th house DNA to seek out new things and ideas for the better. And take our targets to lock on.

Sagittarians: this is our challenge between now and next year and every day: we need breakthroughs! We need breakthroughs in our daily lives that can be better all the time. Of course, it’s going to take a lot of work and dedication, but as you will hear in the next video from the Quietest Revolution: it can be done!

I got to say something about these tarot card reading videos. Amber Khan takes the tarot readings on a whole new level. For this video: it’s for us 9th House folks. She does a good job breaking it down in summary of what we go through and how to get to that next point for improvement and such. I know it’s a Tarot thing and it’s not a visit to the doctor’s office. But hey, what she said in this has some truths.

“Shoot your Shot!” as she would say.

We need to take our shots, focus more and have the ability to have that “can do mentality” of getting things done no matter what. We can do this. If it’s been on your mind, on your heart or whatever and if it’s been an idea that has clouded you for a long time, and all this time it’s drawing you over and over again in various issues: then it’s time! Many of us now, and as well as when the other Zodiacs take over the baton, we Sag folks need to stay in practice and be ready every time to prepare our bows and arrows when those things happen. The mindset will be a lot clearer and understandable and overall; it will be making a lot of sense!

And even if you fail and bounce back in your craft! Read this next:

This past summer, I had a chance to be a Summer Developer for my church. And the sole purpose was to supposed to gain more insight in our ongoing support of our Veterans. And I had a lot of barriers in the way. Dealing with family members in the hospitals and one of my first cousins being celebrated in death. All this year. And when it came for the evaluation, I was VERY EMBARRASSED. I got my (())# kicked. It was so stupid. And also, we had a guest pastor visiting us and hearing all this and even it was more embarrassing! I didn’t want to talk the next day. Nor I didn’t want to go to church at all that day. My Sagittarian butt should have been at home watching the Packer game. Oh yes, my pastor and I had a talk. And the thing is I busted my butt off what I could do in all to try to make this work. Of all that, in small details, it wasn’t enough. It was mostly a failure and not very good. Warning to us introverts in the church.

A month later, I was invited to a Church Homecoming Anniversary. And I had a thought previously that I should leave my Nikon camera at home in all, but I took it with me. When I got to the church, one of my Wisconsin State Senators, Lena Taylor was visiting and preparing to give the Keynote address. But BEFORE THAT HAPPENED: The Pastor and one of the Youth Reps approached me in greeting, and I told them both that I had no idea that Senator Lena Taylor was going to be here, and my Nikon Camera was in the car. So what is a Sag have to do? I went back to my car, got the camera and took the shots for the church’s homecoming. Even taking pics of the kids reading poems and many others. And even taking pics of my State Senator giving the keynote address. At the end of the night and several nights later, I had to say to myself: “Stephen, that is YOU! That church summer developer thing was crap! From now on, you stay taking pictures. And do what you ALWAYS do best!” And yet being a photo guy or a photographer per se is a Sagittarius Quality, and an Introvert Quality. I was reminded that my late Grandfather (who was not a Sagittarius, but more like a Virgo or Libra) that he once said:

“If are certain things that you can’t handle, leave it alone!”

That quote was introduced to me as a teen in all, BUT now in my 40’s, it’s the realization that there will be things that we will not do properly will be kept alone, and just focus on what we can do and level up better than before. My Sagittarian dudes and girls, that is a prime example of bouncing back. We got recuperative powers to elevate our comebacks! This is part of us that we should know and understand. And just like anything else, if one thing doesn’t work, try the things that can work to elevate your game whatever it might be. If you’re not a classic talker in public, be part of the listening audience that can give you the insight. If a certain job you tried is not working well and it’s new, go back to the old job that really stood you out in the beginning! And yet my Sagittarian blog readers, that will also keep our aims deadlocked!

In conclusion, as I close, that us “half human half horse arrow shooting fire sign on the third scale”:, we are reminded that things will go wrong and we must find a way to work with it. This is the second birthday without my dad since last year, and yes I’m still working on the things that need to be reasonable! We have to do it, and we need to take a chance and go for it. Like the lyrics in Rocky V, “Heart and Fire” – Go for it.

Sagittarius folks: We are rockers! We rock this business and we rock this game. Let’s go forth and continue to show the world and others, and us, who we are, and what we’re all about: A 9th house zodiac that will not die without a fight!

Happy Birthday, Sagittarians! And in the words of the Milwaukee Brewers, the 2018 NL Central Division Champs with Christian Yelich the 2018 NL’s MVP and a December 5th born Sag himself: “LET’S GOOOOOOOOOOOO!”

So: Let’s Go, Sagittarius! We got Arrows and Bows to grind and fight every day!

It’s officially open for business. The new $550,000.000 plus something Fiserv.Forum is now available. It’s now available for every Bucks game, Golden Eagles game, Concert, Monster Truck rally, WWE Live Event, and potentially a 2020 Democratic National Convention. This was in the making little over two years ago in a process of keeping “the Milwaukee Bucks as the Milwaukee Bucks”. There was a speculation about the city losing the team to other cities like Seattle and others needing a NBA team. Just to recap a little, that Milwaukee has been in this position before; in terms with the Brewers with the building of Miller Park. What was that slogan? “BUILD IT NOW!” Remember that? Hope so. So with this thing with the new Bucks playhouse, not everyone wasn’t happy about “oh this is going to cost us taxpayers yet again.” And yes it wasn’t a glorious decision to create, design and build it from the ground up, but it’s here. The new arena sits near 6th Street and Juneau in the Area of MATC (my old tech college), the Brewery Housing Complex that used to brew Pabst Beer back in the day, a Hyatt Hotel, additional housing near the Hillside Area, and next area of land that used to be the Park East Freeway.
And yet while it’s still standing, the 30-year-old Bradley Center will be dust in general. Let me recap this: The first time I saw it under construction was 1988 at age 11. I was getting out of Grade School then and my older sibling was getting out of High School. I remember going to a Ninja Turtle Concert, a couple of Bucks Games, Job Fairs, and even WWE Wrestling Matches. The first one I went to was in 1992 along with my late uncle and living cousins. We had a ball! And most importantly, attending the first MPS Alumni Reunion in 2016. Oh yes, I remember the Bradley. And plus the Bradley Center was a gift by Jane and Lloyd Pettit to the city for extra entertainment and sports. And extra room for those attending. The Bradley Center’s seating capacity can hold up to at least 18,000 plus.
But let’s go forward with the new thing. This new arena took about two years to build. And when it was under construction, the architecture along with the jobs was on point. And when I looked and visited the arena this past Sunday, along with those of us coming out of the church, I knew it was going to be jammed packed. Long lines of cars, parking lots almost full, etc. When I got to the arena, at least to the outside portion many of us had to be checked through Security, which is a common thing in Arenas now. After that, I like many proceeded to the main entrance of the Vel R. Phillips Avenue side to gain entry into the building. Oh when I walked into the structure: I was amazed. I was amazed at the texture of the building’s walls, designs, entryway and access to the side restaurants to the building. The Bucks Pro Shop is in the Arena. So like many others with cameras, I had to bust out my Nikon and started snapping. But with my Cell Phone Camera, at first: I had to restart the blasted thing because when I tried to use it, there were security features in the arena that popped up like this:

I’m like, come on now. NOT TODAY!

But when I restarted the Cell Phone, it was normal as usual.

Anyway, after all that, the main portion of the arena I wanted to see was the basketball court itself. The inside portion was at more spaced out than I thought. The scoreboard was legit with state of the art technology. And according to one of the workers, there are cameras underneath the scoreboard if you are sitting near center court. How awesome! As I got near to the upper mezzanine area, the view began to be more interesting as I went further. And I got to the point of the arena that it was almost like this:

SSP_FiservForumDebut2018

And I thought this was the spot. It was good for the Mezzanine view. But I heard also that the Arena has a “Panoramic Level” in which you get to see everything! All around! I know that many that seen it, probably have been in the area, but the fact of the matter is, it’s the real spot of the area that many photo hogs need not miss. I didn’t get the chance to see that part, but I’ve heard from others, it’s a good spot in the Arena! I’m just saying. Put that on your Facebook Photos or Instagram Pics or whatever. Put that on your blog postings. Not mine, YOURS! Don’t copy anyone’s pics from Facebook or Google photos. Get your camera, or your smartphone, go to the arena and get to an event and put up your Panoramic Views on and credit YOUR WORK! I’m just saying.

Towards the ending of the tour, I like everyone else, saw some of the entertainment that was part of the City’s first ever Hip Hop Week Events, and also some of the local vendors like Sconnie, Palmetto’s My World Images: the company that make the Milwaukee State of Mind Shirts, Harley-Davidson, and many others that most are locally based in the city to check out. So yes, it’s a good start of the “christening” of the Fiserv Forum for this year. Now many are asking, why the name Fiserv? Actually, Fiserv is a local company that is in Wisconsin; Mainly in Brookfield. Its main connection is with IT Financial Services that is generally known in different parts of the world. So when the naming of the arena was floating around, we thought about Miller, Harley-Davidson, Northwestern Mutual and others that we know that are well known around Milwaukee. But Fiserv? That was not thought about, but it is what it is. So if anyone is still curious what Fiserv does, the company has websites and social media pages.

PDVD_038

Oh, is it Independence Day? The day of the 1776 that many were “partying?” Oh yes, it’s July 4th. The 242nd Anniversary of the Independence. And yes like before, we can celebrate in all. Plus I dare say to comment this: The Struggle Continues!

Why do I keep saying, The Struggle Continues? I keep it as a reminder that no matter what happens in life and in our daily lives, the struggle of the ideas, objectives, faith, financial, manhood, womanhood, your sexual preference, voting ideas, marital status, and other things we hold dear like a musket still continues with this struggle. Even being black and conscious about our black-selves is a struggle EVERYDAY.

Black folks: we know that already that a day like this may or may not favor us likewise. When this day of Independence was established as we know, our people was not partying like everyone else. Others may ask why, we know that SLAVERY and BONDAGE were a factor of us not celebrating the fireworks. It took 89 years, (that’s right 89 years) for us to have our share of freedom when Juneteenth Day was created. For you the non-black audience this is part of history that many (and MANY) slept over. We get caught up in the hype and we forget that there were cracks in the ground that didn’t get covered. Think about this, the next 4th of July Holiday will be in 2019. The same 2019 when we will summarize the last slaves arrived from Africa in 1619. We’re talking on the real: 400 years. We will be saying 400 years alot next year. But when that happens, we’ll recognize it and surely it will be summarized that will make 45’s hair snap out! We can talk about the use of Patriotism in the country. But for us Black folks here me when I say this: We are Patriots too! When someone on our social media folks says that black people aren’t patriots, they are lying. We are patriots due to the speaking out of Police Brutality. We are patriots speaking out on our Black Lives Matter every time! We speakout on the hate on us being denied of jobs, homes, assistance of medical and finance, where to shop, having our say of education, voting, innocent lives getting killed, and many others with the moniker “Amerikkka” in all in the addressing the thought and issues and concerns about this country that really affects us! We have to address it! And the reason being because is if anyone is not going to address our issues, we have to do it. That is OUR patriotic duty as citizens to upkeep the words that Dr. King once said as an example: “Be true what you say on paper!” That is just not being patriotic in our way, but it’s also being held accountable for the things and issues that get put out there! Yeah, we have a patriotism in our own right. And you don’t necessarily have to wave the Red, White and Blue all the time. The real patriotism is in your heart and your viewpoints. I just had to say that.

Frederick Douglass even questioned that when he asked, “What to the slave is the 4th of July? Martin Luther King even ask that question more than just “I Have A Dream”. Rosa Parks even asked about that question when hanging a banner about those being lynched. Malcolm X was questioning that very often about the formality of Black Excellence/Nationalism being questioned along with peace and freedom. And many countless others said the same thing whom were and are African-American and having the balls to do it. In his last 4th of July as President, Barack Obama commented about “imperfections in our union”. And he was right. And still there are imperfections today that still need to be tackled right now.

Currently, we are still speaking out. Even Rep. Maxine Waters of California still criticized the antics of Donald Trump. Yes, Auntie Maxine is speaking the truth like it or not. And many can hate all they want. Even some Democrats need to shut up and listen of what’s really going on. And oh, they and others want to her to stop talking that jazz and having civility. You want to talk about civility?! And all that talk about her inciting violence? What a joke! The real joke is the 45 acts of stupidity. The real joke of seeing that stars and stripes side by side with the North Korean Flag which almost make me puke. The real joke is hating on Harley-Davidson Motorcycles for the criticisms about this American made product that is Milwaukee Born being some of the jobs being shipped overseas and of course some of the employees probably favored Trump. Plus would this act stains the 115th Anniversary? And even rolling back the ideas that Barack Obama placed regarding the Affordable Care Act, College Admissions and others were classified as a joke for Trump. And all that so-called “Make America Great Again” stuff is nothing more that a fake revolution to bring to light. It’s a farce! Even separating families at the border for no apparent reason. And black folks we know the feeling of separation as many times explained how our people were on auction blocks being sold into slavery. And generations in the future are putting the links together to assemble our family trees.

Why I am saying this on a day like today? Why many are saying, “Stephen this is our country’s birthday. Leave it alone”. WHY?! Come on, now! I am like a Patriot that is addressing the concerns that many are afraid to touch just like everyone else. And no I’m not hating the Vets like many of you. My father served in the Vietnam War, an UNPOPULAR WAR mind you that was hated by many. This year would have reflected 50 years since he came home from Vietnam and when he got back, he like many others were disrespected by being called “baby killers” from the same folks who probably then waved the flag for support. Even though that the Vietnam Vets that I know and knew served in the was that wasn’t all that, they still served, period! And now 50 years later, they are just getting their just due for service. Well, I need to ask where was that love for them 50 year ago when they returned? I’m just asking and saying at the same time.

Despite of all this, yes we are lucky to have this time. But however we also recognize that it has not been easy. We have to grind every time to get to our objectives and goals. We can still be bold of our Independence but we still have alot of work to do. Even with this crazy So-called President that many right are realizing that Hillary might have been a better choice. There are many of us have been saying it. But……like Roland Martin says on Twitter: #WeTriedToTellYa!

So with all that, we still got work to do. We still got to weed out the wickedness that plagues us very badly. What that means is we got to do better. Like former VP Joe Biden once said that America is a better country that this. We can be better and will be better. Not just with a catch phrase. But with the actions behind it.

Well, as they say: The Struggle Continues!

The Struggle Continues Red White and Blue

While many of us were taking the day off from work and school, the infamous Memorial Day Holiday returned as well as the “unofficial”start of the summer season. You know that is when many will start to travel alot? Yeah that one. This is also the same Memorial Day when many of us in the black community will remind the country that it was black folks that made the holiday. Long history of that missed! And also, it appears that the sacreligous saying of “Happy Memorial Day” is dumb. But however, I’m scratching my head again.

Like last year and this year and the year before that: WHY ARE WE SAYING HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY?!! It’s not for the living!

I need to ask this: does the African-American Community gets to be honored on Memorial Day when many of our black servicemen died or KIA in battle? Even while serving when the country didn’t give them love?

The month of May is Military Appreciation Month, which military member should be given love each day?

The Second Milwaukee Streetcar arrived this month, and in June, the Open House begins. Is June 8th still on your calendar, Milwaukee?

Starbucks was closed for one day after Memorial Day. You know what it means?

Has anyone really adapted to the full blown downside of Tinder?

If Call of Duty is not Nintendo Switch material, can Wolfenstein II be that combat game to become the best ever?

Next month is June: Black Music Month, Pride Month, Month set aside for Fathers, Juneteenth, The First Day of Summer………oh, you know us men realize that it’s also Men’s Health Month? Wear light blue!

It’s really apparent that the celebration of the United Methodist Church’s 50 is catching on. But after the celebration is one and done, what’s really next?

Why many ask those whom are single and no kids: “what’s wrong?”

Why many ask those whom are introverted that are “anti-social?!” Knowing its not the people, it’s really the connection.

Hold up: Noah’s Ark got a new water slide in Wisconsin. Hint it’s a snake ride. Not as you think. Wanna know?

Can the American Legion go to the inner city schools/events to assist them about black history war figures? Along with the Auxiliary, Riders and Sons? This is a serious question here. Not knocking the suburbs.

So many people think that the NFL is being unfair (still unfair) about Colin Kaepernick’s kneeling. Many have said that it’s unfair for him that he’s not signed to a team. NOW the NFL has made a rule that if a player doesn’t rise before the anthem, the team will be penalized 15 yards. There was a time that the NFL players were in the locker room while the anthem is played. Like 2009. My question is, why did 45 had to bust out saying that those who didn’t recite the anthem shouldn’t be in the country?!

Oh my God! Roseanne’s reboot and reruns has been cancelled due to a racist tweet to one of former members of the Obama/Biden Crew: Former Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett. For you Roseanne fans: so who’s the snowflake now?

Wisconsin: we turned 170 years old this week. What about the 8% of African-Americans living in the state for opportunities?

Additional School Shootings in Santa Fe, Texas and also after a High School Graduation in Atlanta, Georgia. Now I need to ask yet again after the “March for our Lives”, why are we are NOT getting the message?!

Was this a great decision by Mayor Tom Barrett by NOT running for Governor in Wisconsin in 2018?

I’ve seen Graduations of older folks in their 90’s graduating from College. You know it’s not too late, right?

How will Juneteenth Day 2018 turn up?

This is an interesting article: The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel published a story about skills being important as degrees. Should this an idea to get folks back to work in a new way? And I know this needs to be asked: if you have a Bachelor’s Degree and you’ve been working low wages for a while well after college, and you want a newer BETTER JOB, why is this being blocked for those whom have a 4 year degree?

MSNBC had a Town Hall Meeting about Everyday Racism in America. Mainly with the now concerns of racism at Starbucks, Yale, etc. Was White America as well as any other naysayer American was paying attention?

Black Men: when we are stopped by the police or had been stopped by the police, do we feel a sense of concern like they are going to get us? And could this be one of the reasons why an interest in Police work is not out of the question?

And the Final question: Has EVERY American get this?

Coming in June: two things to write about – A Traditional Stephen’s Spot Blog about Graduations. And MEN – I have a serious blog to write about Men’s Health and you need to listen, er read what I have to say. Especially Black Men! Blood Pressures and Diabetes.

For many of us, it’s the last leg for President Barack Obama and Family. He will always be a type of President that many will talk about for years to come.

HOWEVER: there are those who felt that he didn’t do enough or should have been more on the Black Community over the Gays, Women, and many others. Of course, we can talk about the times that the Republicans REFUSED to have the vote in, the ACA, jobs, and world issues. And of course we can talk about the many many times that some goober talked about “YOU LIE” and many other hate angles. Oh, including that Mitch McConnell said that he would be a one term president. We know that bullet was dodged.

So today, being that it’s the day that we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. And the hopes that many WILL learn besides the dream. King wasn’t always about I Have A Dream. More on that later. With today being for MLK, I’m shifting the focus on the past 8 years that America Had it’s Black President for real and for the yahoos, racists, haters, sellouts, and wackos who felt he didn’t deserve it: YES HE DID!

Who thought that the 8 years was so positive for Obama?

Did the Republicans really succeed badly when they decided to go against Obama?

Why did the “Blue Dog” Democrats had sold out?

They say that Obama was a socialist. REALLY?!

When was the day that Obama had to really defend himself?

Many of you must have forgotten that Barack got a Nobel Peace Prize, right?

Oh for the forgotten doors: Why so much has been asked what he had done? Another reason why Americans have some short memory spans. And I’m not talking about the older folks. Younger folks don’t remember much either. SAD!

So the soon-to-be President Donald Trump had Barack to produce his Birth Certificate and many had followed. You do realize that was a dumb move, right?

Why did Fox News feared Barack’s middle name “Hussein”?

Oh when the time that Osama Bin Laden was killed, were you  or anyone else cheering along with the President’s decision then?

For you: the Tea Party jack offs: Why so racist? Like really!

Has EVERY COLLEGE really had to dig deep about the degrees and jobs that Obama made a declaration to check on?

Has EVERY ORGANIZATION of Debt, or Credit Checks, really assigned themselves well after a few changes when OBAMA made that declaration?

Oh let’s talk education again: specifically community colleges. Have many of us realized that Community Colleges cannot be slept on? Also like science fairs for the kids?

For all you conspirators and jack offs: why making all this mess about him wanting to be killed?

For all you Michelle Obama haters: yeah those kept those so called “ape in heels”, or “she should act more First Lady Like” or like Wisconsin Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner said something about her having a big butt, or others making ridiculous comments about her outfits or just her in general  that weren’t as lady like: Do you ALL realize that you sounded so stupid after making those remarks, and many of you probably don’t have jobs now?

For all you Sasha and Malia Haters: you know that ignorance is a mitch, right?!

And folks, were we so overboarded when Sasha wasn’t at her father’s last speech?

And also: that time when Malia was at Lollapalooza in Chicago and yes she was being a normal carefree teen at 18. But did we really OVERREACT that much?  Yes, Malia will learn accountability as she grows up. 18 doesn’t mean much that well per se.

What about Malia taking a year off before starting college? Should all High School Graduates follow that same procedure?

Did the losers like John McCain and Mitt Romney actually learned their lessons after losing to Barack in 2008 and 2012?

Did Black Entertainment really rocked when Obama was in office?

Did Hip Hop really rocked when Obama was in office? So many Obama references in rap songs like crazy.

For all of the black media: BET, TVOne, Podcasts, Social Media sites, Newspapers, Radio Shows, Magazines, Blogs, Articles, and more: was all that appreciated of the JOLT of Confidence by our work to archive for the Obama-Biden Crew?

For all of the black businesses that printed up Obama T-shirts, hats, buttons, sweaters, jackets, in all: Can we do more of that even after Obama is not in office?

For all the black supporters that backed Obama since DAY ONE: did we really back him up other than hearing the speeches?

For all the black churches that invited Obama to speak: was it good?

For all of the Joe Biden haters: have you disregarded him too much?

Joe Biden was the huge F-ing deal as VP. Agree or Disagree?

Yes, Barack and Joe had the bromance thing going. We know. But others are asking why and how. Really?

Obamacare was the jolt for healthcare. Why are those wanting to kill it for those who want to be insured, get checked, pay less, etc?

For those whom are major confused: Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act are the same thing! Why is that so hard?

Did anyone of us got lucky when we can finally take pictures IN THE WHITE HOUSE?

Why do republicans as much want to erase everything that Obama did like he never existed? Hate does come into play.

CALLOUT: For all of my conscious, hotep, and sometimes not connectable black people: what was it that Obama wanted to do for us?

CALLOUT: For all of my conscious, hotep, and sometimes not connectable black people: what was it that Obama should have done for us besides well, being President of the United States?

CALLOUT: For all of my conscious, hotep, and sometimes not connectable black people: did we really partied that much in these 8 years?

CALLOUT: For all of my conscious, hotep, and sometimes not connectable black people that didn’t do enough: why are we mad now that Donald Trump is going in? EXPLAIN! Put down the Hidden Colors and Dr. Umar Johnson speeches for a moment. Just explain why.

CALLOUT: For all of my conscious, hotep, and sometimes not connectable black people that didn’t vote (as well as everyone else): REALLY?

For all the international folks, can you really remind us that Obama was the best thing that America had since Kennedy or Bill Clinton?

CALLOUT: For the international folks that hated Obama. Called him a monkey and all that mess, you realize that your racism is just as deadly as America, right? And you know who you are. Don’t front!

For the racists: You really think that Black Lives Matter was linked with Obama all this time?

About that 60% approval rating though. Really? Yeah really though.

For all the gun freaks: were you really that scared that Barack was coming for your Guns way after the gun issues were handed out? Oh, he Skeet Shooted at Camp David with a rifle. Hmmmm………..

For the misinformed that were way too misinformed about Obama: when will you get your facts straight? Besides him where he was born, got his education, his teachings, his first jobs, etc!

For the doubters: have you underestimated Obama by a slight margin?  Or should I say a big margin?

Who is getting Obama’s book when it comes out in the near future?

Anyone is still or will continue to donate to OFA and/or My Brother’s Keeper? And the female groups?

Did GM rocked the house after the bail out for jobs? Plus the jobs that bounced back to positive digits?

What group of folks are still hating on Community Organizers? Don’t front!

Will this President inspire those to run for office, especially of color?

Will the Obama-Biden Crew continue to be a force that no one can NEVER EVER overstep or deny

And the last question. After 8 years, one term in Illinois: Will you miss “the hell “out of President Barack Hussein Obama II? Admit the guilt.

Well folks, it seems that the season of the Centaur is about to end for another year. Awwww.I know. But It’s going to be alright! Yes, I know you Capricorns are about to take over that Zodiac Baton. But before you take over as well as any other zodiac takes over being the best:

One advice, never EVER overlook a Sagittarius! NEVER OVERLOOK a Centaur!

So with that: here is my “closing” that I like to call, Ode to Sagittarius: the Milestone version.

There are haters. There are doubters of those of us whom are centaurs roaming, let them hate but we all know that joy comes in the morning.

Many of you already know that on December 5th, I turned the age of 40, that I know that the game of the 40’s will not be a thing being shorty!

Those of us in the game acting, and those of us whom we aspire, like Bryshere Grey whom still make moves like Hakeem on Empire.

Sags like us are always on point even those whom think we are that slacker. They should be more focused and relaxed, like my December 5th birthday twin: Amy Acker.

We Archer folks love to bounce back. Even those whom think we are dead and able. Ask Aaron Rodgers whom recently was the NFC’s Offensive Player of the week that can run the table.

Us Sag folk can be direct and cool, that has the ability to soar to new heavens. But like Hal Williams back in his Lester Jenkins days, we can be more direct and serious like on 227.

We bust those beats in the game on the fly with our music say, like Shelia E, Lala Hathaway, Tori Kelly, Dionne Warrick, Nikki Stixx, Taylor Swift, Betty Wright, Angie Stone, DJ Yella, Mos Def, Flo-rida, my December 5th birthday twins of Michel’le , Keri Hilson and Little Richard, Jamie Foxx, Janelle Monae, Jay Z, and even Morris Day.

Sagittarius folks, we love the freedom that we know. And embrace the look abounds that is united in force, just ask the new Miss America Champ and U.S. Army Soldier Deshauna Barber that gets the full source!

When that time to fight for our freedoms or personal stuff, we really settle the score of the stat, like wrestlers of Jerry Lawler, Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper, Rob Van Dam and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and even add this CERTIFIED G to the archer family: Enzo Amore! And you can’t teach that!

When the centaur roams like the stampede in the game, just take notes for all: Just take notes like Giannis Antetokounmpo, who wants to “Own The Future” with Milwaukee Bucks Basketball.

Even when we are ourselves, we Sagittarius folk are so revolutionary. So conscious. So empowered with objectives to create and maintain the cause: Review the work of Ella Baker, Adam Clayton Powell, Fred Gray, and even Dr. Carter Woodson, the father of Black History Month that NEVER stays on pause.

We might be fun, but can sassy with a brain: Just a reminder, Nene Leakes as well as Nicki Minaj appears to be fine, but can drive you insane!

We remember the centaurs of yesterday, that are no longer here: Let’s remember Jim Morrison, Walt Disney, Bruce Lee, Reggie White, Patty Duke, Redd Foxx, Sammy Davis Jr, Frank Sinatra, Richard Pryor, Michael Clarke Duncan, and others of our Sag Nation, that their work lives without fear!

When the source of fun is still going, and we are at the peak of success, we summarize also the work of those of that are doing it big, thanks to us being the best. Additionally, those like Wendie Malick,  Joy Reid, Dick Van Dyke, Bob Barker, Cicely Tyson, JB Smoove, Samuel L. Jackson, Regina Hall, Jennifer Carpenter, Larry Bird, Jennifer Connolly, Rita Moreno, Monique, Jermaine Jackson, Bill Cunningham, Teri Hatcher, Nia Peeples, Judi Dench, Jeffery Wright, Kim Basigner (aka Vicky Vale) and additionally the now 100 year old Kirk Douglas of working and passing that test!

So yes, Sagittarius folks: we should be thankful and still be needed by the work of others with insight, we know it’s love and hate, and still we must fight. As this poem closes out another Sag year, on to Holidays, on to 2017, and let’s hit that reset button to our fiery zodiac cause to cheer!

We are the archers with Human Intelligence and Thoroughbred Strength of fire. Bows and Arrows on lock with insight.

We are indeed representing the ninth house of philosophical elements.

We are indeed the Sagittarius!
